the service was great. staff was accommodating. it's my second time in this hotel, and it was just as good as the first :)

more transparency for what to expect between the regular Studio vs Studio Executive! I didn't have a problem because i booked early enough via Booking.com -- and what I saw on the website was what I got. can't say the same for a few of my friends if you've never booked a room here, request for a room at the new wing!

The apartment was spacious and clean! The breakfast and lunch we ordered by the pool were high quality. Reception staff handled all our requests to a high standard. Beds were comfortable, pool was shady and cool.

Minor things only. We checked in as a 6. Needed to ask for an extra towel which is always frustrating when paying for 6. Every other time room was made up we were short towels. My only other suggestion is, a bigger lounge or additional armchair. Lounge did not accomodate 6 people after huge days in Hanoi & needing to relax. As I said - very tiny inconveniences, everthing else was fab!

The facilities were equally impressive. The pool was absolutely stunning, the perfect place to unwind and soak in the luxury of it all. The entire stay felt indulgent and relaxing, with everything maintained to the highest standard. Fraser Suites exceeded our expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a luxurious escape with top-tier service and beautiful amenities, this is the place to be. We can’t wait to come back!

I liked the consistency of what i would expect of Fraser suites in terms of apartment design/amenities that makes one feel like a home more than hotel. Cleanliness and prompt service when requested. Love having a well furnished aprtment with cooking utensils and washing machine. Good blackout curtains in room with comfortable bed. Service staff was great in guiding us on usage and helping us with dishes. The gym, swimming pool, sauna and breakfast were good too.

Only provided 1 pillow for per person in a 4 pax apartment. Could not get 1 extra person as hotel was running low. Found that pillows are basic that hotel should stock more for. Also strange that bedroom slippers are only provided for 2 pax when there are 4 pax in the aprtment and one will need to call to ask for more. Wish they had waffles / pancakes at the buffet breakfast (my fav at vacation)

Absolutely everything was perfect. The staff, the facilities, the room, we don’t have a single complaint. We sadly couldn’t use the pools provided as the weather was awful during our stay, but they looked lovely, clean & well maintained. The gym was more than satisfactory & never too busy. The little shop on the floor of building B was amazing; stocked with everything we could need & very convenient. Room service was affordable, quick & tasty - especially the Lava cake. Our suite was absolutely everything we could want & more; amazing TV, comfy sofa, comfy bed & pillows, amazing bathroom (rainfall shower & bathtub, heated toilet) and even a washer/dryer machine. As a couple who have been travelling for 3 months, this was an amazing touch. Even when the drying element stopped working, the team at Fraser Suites replaced the entire machine within an hour. Faultless service and 10/10 experience. Wish we could have stayed longer.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel—everything from the warm hospitality to the beautifully designed rooms exceeded my expectations. The staff were attentive and genuinely welcoming, the location was perfect, and the amenities made it feel like a true getaway. The food was top-notch, and the overall ambiance was both relaxing and refined.

That said, there were two minor drawbacks worth mentioning. First, the internet connection was quite weak, which made it difficult to stay connected when needed. Secondly, it’s a pity that children above a certain age aren’t allowed to use the rooftop swimming pool. It’s a beautiful space, and it would have been lovely for families to enjoy it together.

Supermarkets and shops are located within the building, so there's no need to worry about food. The lake is nearby, but it's a bit far from other areas. It's ideal for those seeking a peaceful, quiet living environment away from noise.

The water pump had some issues, but it's been fixed. The water pressure is good, so you can enjoy a nice shower or bath. However, the shower drain was clogged, which almost caused a flood. Please be mindful not to turn the showerhead too high, as it could flood the bathroom and potentially your living area.

Room with kitchenette was well equipped, staff was great and there are even two supermarkets in the same building. One of them is upscale with great bakery goods and prepared food.

Not much to see nearby, but it is a Grab ride to anywhere in the city, whether to the French quarter or the new Lotte Mall with lots of stores,restaurants and even supermarket in the basement. We had noise issue with next door gym on our third night. Once we informed front desk, the problem was resolved fairly quickly.

The swimming pools were great although a bit cold. Great for young children. We also liked that it has a small kids club that was perfect for entertaining young children (we have a 2.5yo). Staff was always very accommodating and very quick to answer questions. Would definitely recommend this place to families with young children.

The entrance to the hotel was a bit tricky to find. Better signage to the different entrances should be considered.

Excellent service. All the staffs are friendly and smiley, always ready to perform high service with very respect attitude. I truly feel like home. Room is well-equipped and modern. Bed is super comfortable. There’s a big supermarket just downstairs which is very convenient.

Drop off a bit weird :) Not a local food area, but just 15 mins to popular spot.
