like the atmosphere of the whole neighborhood and couple of quality restaurants and cafe , bars close by . especially after our 4 days stays in old quarter . it's perfect balance for staying in a calm and more relaxed area of the city

1. the master bath room should add the shower curtain to avoid water split out to the floor . 2. the electric hot water pot was not working . 3. balcony furniture is dusty other than these minor things , we still like the apartment in this location . Hopefully , all the above could be improved when we come back next time : )

Great location in Tay Ho right on West Lake (which is lovely to run around or walk around). Lots of restaurants and coffee shops around, especially just further in Quang An. Old Quarter is an easy Grab ride away. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, private and quiet. Lovely to sit on balcony too - opens onto quiet courtyard. Air-conditioning throughout and can be individualised for every room. Staff were super helpful - we could chat to them via WhatsApp, they organised an airport transfer for us, they also organised a late check-out.

We didn't use the kitchen (except for washer/dryer), but equipment is sparse if you wanted to make a meal we think. Also, the apartment is clean at first glance but could benefit from a deep clean. But did not detract from an overall very positive experience.

Stunning views of the lake from most windows. Loved the area, which is quiet and right on the lake with ample coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance., although it's super easy and cheap to catch a grab further afield and to the old quarter, etc. There's also a roof top terrace , perfect for a romantic sundowner with 360° lake views.

Not super clean. Black mould in shower corners and stains on kitchen cupboards. The lift was also not cleaned regularly with stains on the chrome panels.

I like that the staff, Mr. Long was very responsive and approachable. Also, I love the space and how we almost had everything we needed in our stay. The price was also reasonable.

For me, cleanliness is very important since I have a baby with me. The stay would have been perfect if it was kept clean before we came in. First,there were molds on the curtains in the main bedroom and I had to keep my baby from not touching it. Second, there was some oil or sauce on the dinning table which I had to wipe it as well. Third, the floors were very dusty with strands of hair stuck on the corners. I had to clean and wipe them with wet tissues for hours as soon as we arrived. I couldn't call housekeeping since we checked-in late at night. I know some guests would just wear their shoes inside but my toddler loves to walk on barefoot, so I had no choice but to clean it on my own. Overall, the apartment was fantastic except for the cleanliness.

Sunny , close to stores and silence

The property was fine , what I didn’t like much was the person who received us in the reception, not so friendly, and was not there sometimes when we need him, another thing , at almost 11 pm someone knocked on our door, according to him it was a person from Grab (Uber there) who insisted that we had left our passports in his car (obviously we hadn't seen him before) we tried to explain to him that we weren't, that's why we think there should be someone at the reception or control that no strangers enter at that time.

I had a fabulous stay at Margaery! It’s a hidden gem located away from the chaos of old quarters and you can reach old quarters via Grab in 10 mins. The apartment is lovely and matched the description. It’s totally value of money. What I really liked was the walk around the lake and lovely restaurants just around the corner (the taco place is really good!!) and the roof top bar which has a magical view of the lake at night. I would have to put in a special word for Mr. Long and other staff who were really helpful and also helped us retrieve valuables left behind!

new, great location, spacious

Rooms were not as pictured, much darker as the flat was on lower floor and didn’t have a nice view as described. It could have been cleaner, kitchen had basically nothing in it but 4 plates and glasses, cutlery for 4, 2 knives and a pan. It was therefore useless. We had to ask for lots of things, towels were missing, no remote control for TV, it wasn’t explained how hot water works, where rubbish goes,…

I liked how quite and secure it was to stay at Margaery Boutique. The person at the reception was extremely kind and supportive. The room was clean and all appliances were working well. The bathroom was well equipped with amenities as per description. The location was safe, everything I needed was in walking distance and the best part was that I could just walk out of the street and the lake was there at both sides. A lot of vegan restaurants were close by. I have no complaints. It was great value for money.

Maybe if the tv had access to netflix or spotify as a guest user. But it didnt matter to me much, because I hardly watch tv.

It's a very comfortable location if you want to stay out of the busy life of old quarter, still it's very convenient and offers many attractions nearby. We got the apartment with washing machine with dryer which was super handy. It's quiet during weekdays (not sure about weekends with the rooftop bar).

Kitchen is not well equipped if you plan on cooking, but with the great offer of local food around, you can just skip the cooking part. Apartment could use some more thorough cleaning in the corners, but overall it's fine. Hot water was working funny at times.

Loved the location and value for money. Having a couch and a washer/dryer was a treat compared to usual hotel stays. The neighborhood was nice but lacked breakfast options.

The washing machine drain was emitting sewer smell. Needs to be sealed properly. I asked the front desk to replace the one clock in the apartment but he wasn't able to during the 8 days we stayed there.
