- The room itself is nice in a quite neighborhood. The neighborhood sometimes remind me Barcelona - Room had everything what needed to stay for 2 weeks (fan and AC both present in the room) - We had to cut our staying for 5 days due to emergancy and did not expected to receive the refund for these 5 days (usually I do not receive) - Very friendly stuff

- We came earlier to the hotel, so stuff could let us into the room, but mentioned that we have to pay extra for it or cancel our stay at booking.com to pay still full amount as price was on the platform (don't forget that booking.com charges hotels) and we could check in earlier. (I read the feedback on Google review and it happens not first time). You can decline this offer and proceed with your stay via booking.com (Note to a traveler: never agree to anything outside of platform as it might come helpful in the future) - Cleaning could be done better during our check in

I stayed at The Euphoria apartment on Dang Thai Mai Street and was very satisfied. The apartment was clean, modern, and fully equipped with amenities like a kitchen, washing machine, and air conditioning. The location is quiet, close to West Lake, and convenient for getting around, with plenty of nice restaurants and cafe nearby. And Ms.Huyen, she was very friendly and provided quick support, making my stay comfortable. However, the entrance to the apartment is a bit narrow, so drivers often hesitate, thinking the car can’t get through, when in fact, cars can park right in front of the building without needing to walk. Overall, it’s a great choice for business travelers or tourists.

The place is so comfortable you feel like your home. Decoration is very warm. And the washing machine is very good because it both washes and dries. And the location is just next to the west lake so perfect for a morning walk. İf you like to go the the old quarter in city center or the train street it cost only about 2-3$ if you call a grab car. So definitely recommend it to stay. Me and my wife liked it very much.

I did not see anything in the communication to let us know that the actual place is called euphoria not label 6. It also would have been helpful to have received instructions letting us know that it is located down an alley and that a car cannot drive all the way there. It wasn't a problem, just made it very difficult to find our first night. We really loved the rooms but the mattresses in our rooms were poor quality and you can feel every spring.

Facility is clean and luminous and convinient and spacious for one person. All amunities are in the best condition and it is close to West Lake. It is a real gem.

The narrow alley inconvinient for cars , you need to be aware of it and ask your driver to wait for you in the beginning of the road.

I will definitely remember my visit to this place for a long time, because there is an excellent view of the sea. My friends and I had a quality holiday there and will definitely return again on our next visit to Vietnam. The staff is polite and understanding, which made us very happy. Room prices are reasonable.
