The hotel looks beautiful and absolutely new. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The bed and pillows are really good for a night's sleep. No complains at all. Room service was very very fast, and the food taste really good. Pricing is reasonable too. Desserts especially was very good. The entire menu has a very wide selection for everyone, vegan options available. Breakfast deserves a shout-out. It's not a buffet, you can make order from their cafe menu. Their local selection was delicious, with a good mix of international food, selection of breads, cereals etc. The taste is very good as well. Service staff are very attentive. Location is good, within walking distance to most places.

The Apartments are quite new and modern with everything required, particularly for a longer stay. It's situated in a quiet street in Tay Ho opposite a school and I enjoyed watching the daily routine. There are plenty of eating places within walking distance, both local and international, and a stroll to the Westlake and if you enjoy exercising there is a park with all sorts of equipment, music playing where you can enjoy dancing or Tai chi every morning. If exercise isn't your thing there are plenty of places along the street for a cold beer or three The Apartments are serviced daily or when required, were very comfortable with great aircon for those hot steamy days. It's important to notify them of your arrival time as the reception is not manned all the time but someone will come to book you in. The roller door is open during the day and there are codes for the front entrance and to your room for after hours so one feels quite safe I travel to Hanoi often and Crescendo Boutique will be my go to place to stay

There was nothing that I didn't like, it was very clean, comfortable and Reception was very obliging, only too happy to assist in any way 😀

The apartments are lovely and they look like as shown in the picture, the bed is really comfortable, the washing machine works properly. Even tho apartment it's located far from the Old quarter it's pretty easy to move around with GRAB or bike. We rented a bike and were able to store it in the garage . Would definitely stay here again next time.

There was not enough toilet paper in both bathrooms and one room had trouble getting hot water :( Hopefully they can fix this for the next travelers. Other than that it was a comfortable stay :3

Omg this was the nicest little stay I had! The room was incredible. Modern and beautiful. Spacious and comfortable. The bed was so comfy. The kitchen and laundry facilities were helpful - I managed to wash and dry my clothes before I went home after 6 months of travel so that was so handy! I wish I could have stayed longer! Perfect for a week long stay in terms of comfort. I didn't take too much notice of the location as I barely left the room.

Nothing - amazing stay

Breakfast was good. Tasty. Rooms was beyond my expectation. It was really good, as per photos. There was an induction stove, complete with cooking wares and eating utensils, plates/bowls/mugs. I also used the washer/dryer - you can request for the detergent from the reception but i brought my own pods. overall, highly recommended for comfort.

Breakfast could be prepared faster. Sound proofing not so great - i could hear sounds from upstairs and next door, and hallway. the shower area could be improved - the shower water can reach the door so it becomes quite wet. Housekeeping should check all cabinets and bins to ensure no rubbish left by prev stays. oh, at night, the area is quite ghetto looking and dark.

Another great one room apartment with comfortable bed, cold aircon, hot shower and a washing machine AND dryer. I needed the space to relax and rejuvenate after backpacking for a while. The staff were very kind

not sure if it’s an uncommon thing in Hanoi. Although the air con was wonderful, the air filter needs to be cleaned as I was coughing quite a bit.

We loved our time here! The room was clean, comfortable and modern. The breakfast is very good and the staff is always ready to help you and satisfy your requests. The location is perfect if you want to have an understanding of the culture and want to live close to the locals. There is a primary school near to the Hotel, it's summer holiday now so it's quiet, from new school year Sepetember you can see cute little kids, it will be fun i bet. Vinmart and Circle K (open 24/7) - 2 of most popular convenience stores in Vietnam is only 1min walk from the Hotel.

Awesome hotel. Mid range price and amazing service. Clean rooms that get tidied and replenished every day. Rooms are small ish but we’re comfortable and very quiet. Located within walking distance of many Hanoi top sites and eating areas. We loved how we could walk to everything we wanted to see. Restaurant has delicious food and catered so well for my dietary requirements: Coeliac. To top it off, the staff were phenomenal. Honestly the most helpful and friendly staff I’ve ever come across. 10/10 hotel and we hope to be back!

This place is gold! A great escape from the very busy and over-touristy city center. We stayed here during November and it was perfect - warm days to enjoy the lake and the outside area, beautiful view just outside your windows - surreal. The greenery and sounds of nature make it really magical. The staff is also incredible, very engaging and friendly

We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay in Hanoi. The location is great, just on the center of Westlake within walking distance to many places of interest. Breakfast was great and we had lunch two times which was also very nice and reasonably priced. What stands out is the service, we experienced great hospitality from each member of the staff. Nothing was too much trouble and we were taken care of very well which is a great feeling when staying in a hectic city like Hanoi. Please keep up this standard. This is my first choice when in Hanoi and when I will go back. Thank you for the 5 stars service!
