Overall, a decent option for a short stay. We stayed for 2 nights and had two rooms on the top floor, which included access to a terrace with a beautiful view of the city. We really enjoyed the atmosphere of the city at night. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they assisted us with arranging a taxi to the airport, which we appreciated. A good place to stay if you’re looking for something simple and comfortable.

However, we did notice that the rooms could have been cleaner. Areas like the drawers, windows, and furniture could definitely use more thorough cleaning. A good place if you’re not too picky, but there’s room for improvement in cleanliness.

The location is perfect to discover the area around Westlake. It's very central but still quiet at night. The people who work there are very kind! I came early and they still let me check in, although check in time was way later, that was very nice! The room is super cute decorated and has everything you need. It was very clean aswell:)

Wouldn’t recommend the area for average tourists unless you’ve hired a bike or are local/ are planning on a longer stay, it’s quite far from the city and is a more fancy area if you’re into more luxury experiences The lake is nicer from afar

It was an amazing stay with a very beautiful room apart from that the staff was very friendly and helpful so I would definitely recommend other people to stay over there because the staff are very nice

the location is good and quiet, away from the noise of the busy roads. nice little lake and temple around the corner, next to the big west lake. Staff were very helpful. Spacious shared kitchen and table.

Beautiful design of the building and the rooms. The studio was spacious and had a balcony with a view on the calm nearby area. The location was amazing, just a few minutes walking to the West Lake, as well as restaurants and shops. I enjoyed staying there so much more than in the noisy Hanoi city centre.

The place was very cute. It had the essentials and the bed was quite comfy. The AC was very good as well. The location is very convenient as there's a convenience store and many restaurants nearby. It's easy to get a taxi/motorbike from there as well.

Although many reviews mention it is quiet, it is not if you're sensitive to noise. I could still hear minor traffic/horns beeping along with people talking in the hotel. The AC can drown out most of the noise though. In addition, the curtains are also quite thin, so a lot of light shines through in the morning.

The room is nicely decorated, neat and got eveything you need for a comfy stay. - The staff was really helpful. - Free 2 bottles of water. - Nice bamboo closet. - AC is working great. - I love the West Lake area so this location is perfect. So many eateries nearby open till late and a cicrle K to buy some personal stuff, etc.

No lift 😆 We were on 4th floor so it was a bit of a work out. Otherwise, okay okie.

The room was clean. Good area in Tay Ho. Very quiet. Will recommend it. Friendly staff. Responsive with messages, too.

Though I confirmed the booking with a credit card, the hotel wanted cash. They did not charge the card I had provided via booking.com Withdrawing cash the night before leaving the country was not fun. Check with the hotel you're booking whether they accept credit card payments. Other than that, great accommodation.
