Was located in a nice quiet area, with shops a 5min walk, restaurants to eat (more western ones) 10min walk or a 4 min grab. Booked a 2 bed because I like my space. Beautiful balcony and fast WiFi. Included breakfast at a small rooftop restaurant they own 10min walk away but thank you to Cris for giving me a lift on his scooter to take me.

Had a large tv but no channels were working due to no ariel. When I brought this up, I was told I could watch youtube.

The living room and kitchen area was really good. Couch was super comfortable. Loved having a washer and dryer. Staff was very friendly and helpful

The bathtub didn't have any anti slip measures, making it hard to manage. Also only about 5 minutes of hot water, Ok for a shower but for a bath it meant taking over an hour to fill the tub Located between two schools so at 7am sharp the daily propaganda announcements came on a loudspeaker followed by music

We couldn't be happier in this apartment! After travelling for 4 months we stayed 1 week and we were feeling at home. The bed is so comfortable and the washing machine and dryer is a plus! The location is a bit far but we have a motorbike and we chose this area to be far from all the noise from the old quarter. The area where the apartment is located is really quiet and only 5 minutes walking you have plenty of restaurants and bars. If we come back to Hanoi we will choose this apartment again!

The place is beautiful and nice.. everything is perfect 😘💛🤗 I highly recommend this place… probably gonna stay here again❣️❤️🤗 when we left our luggage, they allowed us leave them and get them anytime we want after our check-out. Paul and Cris are such hospitable persons..

The apartments were a good size with lounge/dining area, kitchen with combined laundry included. Main Bedroom a good size Good size bathroom except water pressure low. Located in The Westlakes area it was a ten minute walk into the restaurant and bar area, with plenty of selection Probably 20-30 min drive into the old quarter of Hanoi and central to most other attractions in Hanoi

Given that these are advertised also as long stay accommodation I believe it would be worth just having some instructions on arrival for the short stays outlining things like how the TV , washing machine etc work, location of closet mini market etc Apart form some minor housekeeping things it was great

Everything was great ! Easy check in，peaceful and a hassle free stay all over . Staffs were very assisting and friendly with good spoken english both Paul and Cris .

Check-in friendly, nice welcome from the staff, have parking lot if you need. The apartment is cozy, comfortable with modern designs/ western style, comfy couch and the bed is super soft. It was lovely time to stay with your love one and also affordable price.

The room is modern clean and quiet. The bathtub was the best part. The staff is also very welcoming and supportive. The hotel was close to the lake and a beautiful flower garden.
