Location is fabulous especially with the new Lotte Mall West Lake being opened. It is not in the old quarter but the space and hotel amenities like the internet and the availability of an ergonomic chair make it a preferred location for me in Hanoi. I would like to see a Nespresso machine in the rooms (I have to bring my own). All Staff including front desk and cleaning staff are helpful and friendly.

The normal chairs in the room are not made for larger size Westerners and are very flimsy. There was a problem with my TV which was finally fixed etc. There was actually a problem with Viettel's services over the Tet period so it was not the fault of the hotel.

The room was amazing value for money, large living / Kitchen area, and bathrooms and overall room quality was amazing. Couldn't recommend generally staying here more if you're looking for a pretty luxurious stay within a good budget.

It's quite far away from the center of town and where everything is, it has general food options through Grab and within walking distance. It's quite a drive into town where all the activities are and most tours, though transportation is reasonably priced so if you don't mind catching a taxi/grab into town then it won't matter.

We were given an update to Premier Penthouse which is always great! It was my partner's birthday and the staff left a very thoughtful note and delicious cake. The Penthouse Studio on the 11th floor had great view, spacious and well equipped. Gym and swimming pool were added amenities. They even supplied washing powder for washing machine! Everything required is supplied. Our 2 nights stay was very comfortable. Housekeeping available for everyday. Definitely recommended. Win Mart walking distance, Lotte Mall, Lake walk and cafes short car ride away. Staff were very helpful! Was able to leave our bags all day before our evening flight. Small note: location is further away from Old Town but easily reached through grab.

It’s stunning! Just like the pictures. It’s not too far out of old quarter but we used GRAB to get around and it’s so cheap. So it was perfect really, just make sure there’s a frying pan in the kitchen for the morning.

The swimming pool was under maintenance, staff didn’t understand English very well

Room, internet and staff are fabulous. Cleaning team is exceptional. I am treated very well including being provided with an ergonomic desk chair for use for my stay.

The closure of the downstairs restaurant is unfortunate as I loved their bun cha and it hardly to enjoy lunch there sometimes. I do hope a lunch or coffee place takes over the space soon!

Room was spacious and all basic and extra amenities (washing machine and drier, refrigerator, all kitchen amenities, iron, etc.) were available. The concept of living room downstairs and bedroom upstairs was very nice. Very beautiful view from huge windows overlooking Hanoi. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Madam Sen attached restaurant was very good and food was delicious.

Massage and spa was not available but they are building one centre soon. Place was away from Hanoi Old Quarter (City centre)

This property ccompletely exxceeded my expectations. The tremendous spacae that the loft bedroom proided, the spectacular view of the bridge, the excellent kitchen facilities; the beaurtiful bathroom, the exquisite training pool and well stocked gym were all much more than I exxpectd, especially for the price. The best value for money hotel I have ever experienced. I will definitely come back, especially if the fee/night remains so resonable. This was a stay vacation and this will be one of many stayvactions at this hotel.

The staff don't know English and don't turn on the spa, they insist there is no spa. They finally turned it on. Also didn't like that the reception lady takes a photo on a mobile phone of all guest passports and keeps them there. She has hundreds of passport photos. This is a security breach and should not be occurring. I made her delete mine when I checked out.

Excellent apartments - modernly designed, clean and super comfortable. Housekeeping staff doing their job very well. Pretty convenient that there is a Lottle mall within walking distance

Everything! A beautiful place to stay, we were very comfortable here. Would definitely stay again if we’re back in Hanoi. Spacious rooms and a very comfortable bed.
