Staff is very welcoming upon arrival and throughout our stay. Our rooms were spacious, clean and very cozy. The hotel and the rooms are exactly as the pictures on the website here and others! The location was excellent. The spa was able to fit us in it last minute. We stayed December the week after Christmas. Loved the lighting being able to dim and the bathroom showers and bathroom area was very elegant. Loved the shampoo, conditioner and body wash products and cents!!

No food was available in the hotel until 8am when the restaurant opened. So no coffee either. That was disappointing when you woke up at 6am.

The room was great! Had a lovely anniversary surprise waiting for us. We stayed on the executive floor and enjoyed the food and drink provided. Definitely one of the best buffet breakfast’s we’ve had. The staff were excellent and very personable. The bed was extremely comfortable and facilities excellent. We enjoyed the rooftop pool, gym and sauna. Highly recommend and we’ll be back.

Didn’t love that the sink is in the room instead of the bathroom but that is the only thing we didn’t like. Everything else was perfect.

The hotel in general is great. New, comfortable, and a great pool at the rooftop with a beautiful view to the lake. Nice rooftop bar, great playground for the kids, and other facilities. All excellent! Also, direct access to the Mall which has a lot of options for eating and shopping. The location is great because just 20/30m from the airport and near west lake to go by foot. Finally, all the amenities in the room are great.

There was only one thing I didn't like, when they called me a taxi. The taxi driver wasn't serious and went for a large route. I know this because I live in Hanoi and I know the way. Also, I used other taxis to go to the same place and always paid 70k, whereas this time I had to pay 160k. Being such a nice hotel, they should be careful with the taxi drivers they call for their customers.. my advice is ask them to call a taxi from the company Taxi123.

It is a pretty new and fancy hotel. The staff is kind and the rooms are great. They have a big gym, and sauna, and the bar on the top floor has a great view. The breakfast offers a lot of variety. The location is great as it is basically part of a big mall and you can access it from the hotel.

The bar was supper slow. I could only enjoy one drink in like 2 hours there. So, they can have a more organized and efficient system for that. You can't go from your floor to your friends' room on another floor using the elevator wich is quite boring but I guess for security reasons. They didn't have small face or hands towels, that was unexpected for me.

The staff is incredible--so kind, helpful, doing lots of extra things (like helping me to cross the busy street). I had a fantastic stay. This is truly one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had.

This is a very small suggestion: the gym needs fitness and resistance bands (of all different sizes), more and bigger stretching mats.

Room service was excellent. Friendly staff. Check-in and check out was easy.

The service for shirt and pants pressing was disappointing. There were still crease lines when it was returned and they were not return on time as promised. To improve on this. The Mall below was decent but could be better with more branded selections. The communication barrier was still an issue.

The hotel is super clean and comfortable. The view to the lake is spectacular. The staff is friendly. The location adjacent to the shopping mall is a huge plus.

The hotel is quite far from downtown but closer to the airport.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The receptionists are very helpful. Love staying in this hotel. The concierge guy “Erick” was really helpful and gave us a satusfactory service. We will definetly come back to stay in this hotel for our next visit.

The room was rather small. The sanitary packs were not available in the room, need to request it all times, menu variation for breakfast need to be more variatives.

The hotel is located in a good area; directly next to Lotte Mall and near Westlake.

The bathroom area is too small. There is a shower, tub, and bathroom stall in a very limited area. The (very small) sink is outside that area, in the immediate foyer or bedroom area. There isn't enough storage space to unpack your clothes. I question the value for many as breakfast wasn't included.
