I had a wonderful stay at A25 Lac Long Quan. The room was spotless, well-organized, and fully equipped, with daily housekeeping that kept everything fresh. The staff-both at the front desk and in housekeeping-were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always quick to help with anything I needed. The hotel’s location is another big plus: it’s close to plenty of restaurants and cafés, and getting to the city center is quick and easy. Despite being well-connected, the atmosphere was peaceful and comfortable, making it a great choice for both relaxation and business trips. I’d gladly stay here again if I have the chance!

The rooms were very large and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Convenient location if you wish to be close to the airport.

The staff were lovely and very helpful but we needed to use Googletranslator to communiate.

We came to participate to sport event. Location was perfect and room good to host our team. Surrounded area is nice for diner and connection with airport quite simple.

I loved my stay at the Hotel Hoa Dao. Extremely good service. Always nice, and always responsive. Clean. Quiet. Great gourmet breakfast. Nice, safe neighborhood.

It is 1st time i stayed in this hotel and definitely will come back again . Hotel's location and breakfast are so good . Staff's attitude had earned my point . Really enjoyed my stay there .

Great breakfast. We were a large group - 20+ people. And the staff were kind and accomodating. I would stay there again. And they spoke English

We had a quite room, comfortable bed. Good for short stay.

It has a no smoking sign in the room, but was given an ashtray on the table. And room smells of cigarettes when we enter. After sometimes the smells disappear.

On arrival the guy behind the desk wanted to keep our passports. After a little discussion we got them back and he made a copy of it. There was no explanation on how to get to breakfast or the restaurant, or even where the gym was. Om the second day the girl from the reception wanted a deposit for the room. The same amount we had to pay for our stay. Which was weird because we had our credit card registrated with them. We did not pay the amount and eventually they did not come back for it. City centre is too far away to walk. The room was big and empthy. Shower looks old and has a funky smell sometimes. Also marks of mould inside the shower. The bed is old and you can feel the spirals on your body. Had some bruises due to sleeping on one side😅 Would really not recommend staying here.
