I loved my stay here!!! I stayed in the one bedroom apartment and was so pleased with everything. The rooms were plenty of space for me and everything was super clean! I had so much space and was such a nice place to stay for a few nights. I wasn't sure about the surrounding area because I hadn't been to this part of Hanoi before, and I found it super cute and charming!! Tonssss of coffee shops around the lake and some good food options around too! I took a walk around the lake each day I was here and definitely recommend. I had an amazing time here and will hold this experience highly always! Also the communication with the owner was incredible. We chatted on WhatsApp daily and they were SUPER helpful and always responded quickly! Also, bonus that there's a washing machine in the unit and a dryer to use in the basement of the building for free!

The only thing that would've made this experience even better was if there was laundry detergent, dish soap, and sponges. Other than that it was perfect!

Location was good, lots of coffee shops around right at the lake. The apartment was smaller than expected, but still cosy and everything I needed was there.

The bedsheets were not white and smelly as if someone had already slept in it. If only I had noticed it earlier, I had washed them as there is a washing machine and dryer. As a result, I slept on the couch with my -clean- towel draped of the pillow. Also there was heavy construction work going on, it sounded like it was in the building but am not sure about that.

This place looks exactly like it is in the photos. The apartment was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Not to mention that it is right next to Ngoc Khanh lake and there was a walking street when I was there with lots of good coffee shops.

The shower head nozzles are clogged. Probably it needs a deep cleaning.

All was very good in house. However the street noise was too high due to continuous construction activity. The availability of parking was not great die to the same reason. Suggest substantial price reduction while street paving continues.

The property is new and clean. Reception staff can speak English.

There was an issue with the main gate. The keypad didn't work.

The location is awesome! The hotel staff can communicate in English, this is very good for us who doesn't understand vietnamese.
