Service is excellent at this boutique hotel conveniently located in the city. From the moment we arrived, the warm and friendly staff always took extra steps to make sure that we were comfortable and receiving everything we needed. The breakfast buffets were very good with lots of options. The room was well appointed and cleaned every day. The staff really made a point of getting to know us and, for the first time ever at a hotel, I felt sad saying goodbye to everyone as they came outside and waved when we drove off in our taxi.

My wife and I had a delightful stay at Mia Sen Vong. The staff's warmth and hospitality were exceptional, making the experience truly memorable. The hotel itself is fantastic, with attention to detail evident in every corner. What impressed me the most was the swift response to any request – whether it was an ironing board or a simple need for water, they were at my service within seconds. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay and excellent service.

This is a fantastic hotel, one of the best I've stayed in, hence my 3rd stay here. The staff are incredibly professional, friendly and helpful. I traveled to several cities and returned to Mia Sen. The staff were very helpful in arranging airport transportation to and from the airport both in Hanoi and at the Hoi An location. At the front desk they are always happy to talk and very helpful. When ever I return to Hanoi, I will defiantly stay here.

We loved staying at this hotel. The staff were outstanding, very obliging and helpful. The king size bed and pillows very comfortable. Great shower and the air conditioning worked wonderfully well. Conveniently located in the city and within easy walking distance of restaurants and cafes. We stayed here overall 3 nights in total.

Everyone here in the hotel is very welcoming and friendly. The room was very cosy and comfortable. Everything is at a very high standard. The food is very delicious, suitable for my taste and diverse. Central location, convenient for traveling to visit the city. I would definitely come back again if visiting Hanoi.

We stayed at Mia Sen Vọng hotel in Hanoi for 3 nights. It is within walking distance of everywhere in the city. Hotel is very clean, staff was super polite, friendly and helpful. By the way, the breakfast here is the best. We recommend this hotel to everyone who comes to Hanoi.
