We had a very nice stay. The location suited us perfectly, the check in was friendly and professional. The apartment was spacious, light, and clean with a very nice view. The swimming pool was clean and pleasant. I would stay there again without any hesitation.

The kitchen is not supplied with dish towels, sponges, or dish soap. So, it meant a trip to the store to buy these products. I understand that most people won't want to prepare their own food in Hanoi, but would recommend offering these items for sale in the lobby.

The place was great for family stay. We love that the housekeepers come and clean things everyday, and they are super friendly. They also have a pool, which we didn't use but it can be great for the summer, and a small play corner for the kids.

We would like to add an extra bed in one room (and willing to pay extra for that), but it was not possible. It was not mentioned clearly in the post.

Comfortable apartment with excellent swimming pool (large, clean, towels available and showers onsite). Staff was very kind and helpful. Nice common area with small library and playground. Daily cleaning of the apartment.

Our kitchen was fine but somewhat scarcely equipped (no scissors, vegetable peeler, sponge).

The room is very clean and comfortable. The beds are large. Our view was incredible. We are travelling with a young teen, lots of room for them too. Pool was great. Gym looks good, although didn't have the chance to use. Room consistently cleaned and towels changed daily. The room also had a washing machine which was very handy.

The location is good, but you need to be prepared to walk / taxi to most places - More a local area than touristy. This wasn't a problem for us, if fact we loved it, but may be for others. I do also think a clothes horse / hanger would have been useful after doing a wash.

Rooms were very spacious and airy, well appointed and clean. Housekeeping was prompt and provisions replenished. All requests were attended to promptly and the staff were helpful and courteous. There are a few pharmacies and restaurants within walking distance.

There were no supermarkets or groceries within walking distance. The immediate surroundings and road were a bit shabby looking.

So happy with our choice of staying at RGR. It is a bit outside of the old quarter but only a short cab/Grab ride away. We didn't mind the quick ride to the old quarter and loved having a massive pool and a big room instead. The rooms are super clean the hotel is quite and the breakfast was yummy too. All staff were really nice and helpful and we really liked the location as well. There is lots to explore in the area and our kids just looooooved the big pool. The hotel overall is nice and quite and the gym looked great too.

Good hotel for family, very warm, which is important for Hanoi in January. It’s great that the coffee shop is 15 meters from the entrance to the hotel, and is open from 6.30 to 22.00

I made a reservation at 01.15, wrote to WhatsApp, Booking and Zalo, but they didn’t answer me until the morning.... Upon arrival at the hotel, the taxi driver woke up the hotel administrator. If you have a 24-hour reception, then why does your staff sleep and not respond to guests??

This can be one of the best accommodations one can find in Hanoi, yet very affordable! B/fast was not 'grand' but it has all the necessary greens and proteins that one needs to start his/her day in a healthy way (i.e. no 'rubbish' food). Room was clean, kitchen appliances all worked perfect, hot water in the shower, aircon in the apartment, all worked in excellent condition. Bed was really comfortable, and the unit has very good sound-proof so i had uninterrupted sleep throughout the entire stay. Each room comes with their own wifi device vs. a shared wifi (on the floor), so the connection is really strong. Lots of eateries within walking distance; ordering of Grab services (both car & food) is convenient as well. Bonus - they even have two in-house bicycles for the guests to use (w/o any charges), just need to inform the front desk and they'll issue you the key, which i used to cycle to Old Quarter and back, excellent! I will definitely stay at the same place in future
