The room just look like all pictures showing on Booking.com We was a bit busy and I did not have time to picture but it was all nice to us.

Nice room, exactly same as in the photos. No disturbance, easy to access, good location

No front office staffs, in case of emergency bit difficult to contact someone else, after all so good, room and other facilities

There isn't a front desk, if you came bit early after a long flight, you can't enter inside, at least the lobby. Even inform need early check-in not possible either.

Im sorry to say. But there was nothing which made me satisfy

Im sorry to say, but the owner of Cozrum brand need to be really careful about the quality of the properties, especialy about cleanliness which was worse after feedback. * Check in day: 1. Bed sheet, duvet cover, bed linens, etc..were dirty. 2. One earing from previoua guest still in the bathroom 3. Bathroom tissue core still hanging. 4. No hot water. * All information has passed to the Online Concierge via Zalo and of course, staff was apologize for the inconvenient, and promised to clean the room on the next day for free ( as the fee for cleaning is 120k/time) But I paid 120k for the cleaning. I did complain because I did not satisfy but I did not want to have anything for free just because I complained. * 2nd day, I came back after the cleaning: 1. All bed linens were changed, but funny was all of them even dirtier than before. There was even blood spot and more stains on the bed sheet. How great was that??? 2. The bathroom tissue core still there. 3. Previous guest's earing still there. AND WHAT DID HK STAFF DO FOR THEIR JOB? I was so tired and disapinted which I dis not want to say any other worlds. Just telling myself that the place and the name COZRUM HOMES will never appear in my list anymore. As the requirement of my job, I travel at least once a.month in 11 years and this is the 1st time I wrote this long review. And I do not want any compensation or anything from the owner of the place. Jist want to express my disapointed for what I have been through.
