The room was really nice, clean with a modern and sophisticated design, including a large windows which allows an exciting overwiew of the city.

When we arrived (around 2pm) the 2 guys at the reception were not welcoming us at all. They replied shortly and seemed not to be interested besides the payment. They did not explain us where to find our room and how to get there (as this was not intuitively clear für us) but just said "yes" to our wrong assumption where it is. It was definitely not the language barrier as we communicated in both, English and Vietnamese. A friendly cleaning lady helped us out. Also the lady at the reception on the next day was nice and friendly - so perhaps we had just bad luck with the staff on arrival.

Attractive modern design. Quite unlike most Vietnamese hotels where I have stayed before; it reminded me more of a Japanese business hotel. Comfortable bed. Great city view. Good breakfast buffet that is well worth the additional 95.000 VND per person. Washing machine for guests.

The bar is nice, but the music too loud. No electric kettle in the room.

Modern and clean bedrooms that are well designed for how compact they are. We had 3 sleep in a room comfortably. Communal area which include lounge, washing and gym are useful and done well.

Windows are not openable but not really a problem for us.

Breakfast was good. Very basic continental breakfast. Location was good. It was very close to all the places we went to. Staff was very helpful even though their english was not very good.Love the idear of having a kitchen where you can cook your own food. We had a ver good stay and i would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone 👌

I think they just need to get at least one person that was fluent in english.

It is a modern and fun hotel with good layout for beds. The bedding was exceptionally comfortable. Location is perfect close to everything

The bathroom could be better setup. Not enough room to dry up. Otherwise it is great.

Clean rooms. For 2 pax - If you like a more spacious room and bed, i suggest to book the quadruple room to have a more comfortable stay.

Replace old towels. Not much of choice for the bfast.

Staff was extremely polite and caring. The hotel is stylish and comfortable, good for travelers in business trips.
