O Zoli Home offers a cozy and peaceful atmosphere right in the center of the city. The location is incredibly convenient, with many attractions, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. The room was well-furnished, clean, and had a warm, welcoming design. The host was very kind and responsive, always willing to help with useful local tips and support. It truly felt like a relaxing retreat after a long day of exploring.

The only downside was that the room had limited natural light during the day, which made it feel a bit dim at times. However, these were minor issues and didn’t affect my overall experience much.

Super clean and chill room with full amenities – ceiling fan, A/C, fridge, and smart TV with Netflix & YouTube. Looked exactly like the photos! Great location, just a short walk to Ninh Binh Old Quarter, and only 15 mins by bike to Trang An, Mua Cave, and Hoa Lu. They also offer motorbike rentals, super convenient. The host was incredibly sweet and helpful. Price was very budget-friendly too!

A/C in some rooms wasn’t super cold at night, maybe due to the high ceiling – but overall still a great stay. Highly recommend!

Location is very near to places of attraction which make it convenient for travellors. The owner is very helpful and organised the itinery well. Good planned tour despite change along the way tosuit the tight time frame. The food prepared for our tour is very delicious. Well taken care of for vegetarian like my family.

It would be better if the hotel can build in lift although it is a 3-storey building and heating function for airconditioner especially for cold weather like winter season.

It's very close to Hoa Lu Ancient Town where there are lots of dining options and a lovely view at night. There are also ATMs across the road. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

Room size, amenities, air conditioning, wifi, sparkly clean, comfy bed, quietness, breakfast and very friendly and helpful host to provide you informations and travel services.

The property is in the city center and far from the visiting places and restaurants around Tam Coc. Manageable if one can drive motorcycle.

The place very clean and taken care of. We were allowed to check in early and they helped us with all the tours during our stay. The staff is very friendly.

The flavor in the western style breakfast could be improved, but as that's an option to add on, it's not a huge deal.

We booked 2 rooms and they were both very spacious in comparison to all the hotel rooms we have stayed in so far in Northern Vietnam. The staff were sweet and offered complimentary water bottles in addition to the ones in our room.

The staff is very kind and helpful. She gave me a lot of advices and take care my family so carefully. Many thanks Ms Linh. If I have a chance , I will come back Ninh Binh and stay in her home again. We love you and Ninh Binh too. Thanks a lots
