This hotel was absolutely lovely. The owners and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The room we had was lovely - really clean and spacious. The bed was extremely large and comfortable, and the bath in the room was a bonus. The staff truly go above and beyond here. I accidentally left my jacket behind in the wardrobe, and the hotel delivered it to our new hotel in Phong Nha the next day on a sleeper bus, at no extra charge. Thank you so much! Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re planning on coming to Ninh Binh!

Great location. The room looks new, is clean and very spacious, and the bathroom is large. The host is friendly and eager to assist.

No separate shower. Two people are staying but we were only supplied with one coffee sachet when the room was prepared.

In a quiet corner and a great location to old town with a short walking distance. Clean and spacious room. Motorbike rental. Curtesy staff always willing to help. Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. If you like Korean food check out one at a corner of this hotel.

The staff is super willing to help even they can’t speak english. The room was so big and clean. Few minutes wall to pho co hou lu. The host is super nice. The house keeper provide breakfast for us which feels like home.

Pleasant room with polite, friendly staff. It is close to the old town and routes out into the countryside and Trang An.

There was not a wide variety of places to eat out in the area and there were not many other facilities such as bicycle hire, scooter hire and booking agents.

The hotel looks really nice and the staff was super helpful. From the moment you have a question they'll do everything they can to help you.
