The gardens were nice, the pool was attractive even though it was too cold to swim. The king bed was firm but comfortable.

Hot water didn't last long. The one bed comforter was pretty thin for cooler nights. The pricing list in the room for replacing stolen remotes/ glasses/ hangers made us feel like we weren't trusted. There was no one staffing the front desk at 5:45am, when our bus was scheduled to leave and we needed to check out.

It was walking distance from lots of attractions. While the journey up to the entrance looks a little ropey, the resort itself is very picturesque and feels safe. Breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful.

The accommodation was obviously designed with warm weather in mind, but the weather was poor when we visited - we were very cold trying to get to sleep as there was no duvet. The shower temperature varied a lot which also didn’t help!

Our stay at SoNa Resort was really great. It's a beautiful hotel in a quiet area of Ninh Binh. The location of the hotel is a bit out of the way, which we knew beforehand. By using the hotel's bikes or a taxi that was perfectly fine for us. We would definitely recommend it

The rooms are spacious and facing the pool. Very comfortable stay. Good breakfast as well. Staff is patient and very helpful.

The Wifi was unstable/not working during the days I was there, we had to collect to the "lobby" wifi, which was a bit weak

The staff were beyond helpful, they sorted out bikes and motorbikes very quickly when we needed them. The qhole resort is gorgeous and in a great location. Food was tasty. We only realised on the 2nd day that we were being given the western menu and would have preferred the Viet one. Our room was large, super comfortable bed, and very clean which wad a relief after some bad hotel experiences.

The only thing with the room was there was a gap under the door, and with the heavy rainfall it created a waterfall off the roof in front of our door which was very noisy and also sounded as though we were being flooded. Make sure to check the bicycles before using though as a peddle fell off one of ours. Would have preferred the option for a viet breakfast!

SoNa resort was the perfect little resort for our large group. It was close enough for us to walk in to town for dinner but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. Staff were friendly and super helpful. A perfect place to stay. Thank you

Had a great time, the staff was very kind and helpful. Loved the resort, the pool, the outdoor. The rooms are simple and comfortable, very quiet area. We were able to hire motorbikes directly from the reception to explore the busier areas which are ~10min ride away.

Staff were helpful and excellent. Room was spacious and well fitted out. Pool and surrounds very nice.

A little isolated so needed a taxi to do anything. Meals and bar were basic but adequate

There is an amazing pool in the green garden with cute bonsais around! We loved the room - light and big. Ladies at the reception were super helpful 👌. You can also rent a motorbike for a good price. Totally recommend!

Brilliant service by the staff, they always made an effort to help me. It’s in a nice chilled spot close to the local town which is a must see at night! The bed was probably the comfiest bed I’ve slept in since travelling in Vietnam
