- Quiet location (but keep in mind that is far from the tourist attractions and book only if you can drive a scooter! In our case, we chose it on purpose.) - Spacious and nice rooms - Comfortable beds - Good internet - Lovely garden - The hosts are very nice and helpful - Scooters available for a reasonable price (120k/day without fuel)

- The owners don't speak much English, but we were able to communicate effectively using Google Translate - Location doesn’t appear on Grab App - Breakfast is very basic (1 bahn mi with egg and 1 instant coffee)

A very peaceful place to stay. The garden is wonderful and the family is very kind, ready to help anytime you need. The room was very big and having a table inside the room was a big plus. Also a small fridge is really helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. There is always hot water and the AC is good, if you need to turn it on.

Even if the place is overall clean, the bedsheets looked a little bit old, worn out. But since the bedsheets were clean, it was not a problem, even more considering the price.

Super cute property, rooms and bathroom were super clean, loved the shower. The host family was so, so nice! Helped us with everything and made us feel very comfortable being there. Everything was perfect. Would go there 100% if I ever come across Ninh Binh again. :) It’s a little further from tam coc, definitely need a scooter. It was absolutely no issue for us since we searched for a more quiet and relaxed place (which it was!) but wanted to leave this information for everyone who plans going to Ninh Binh.

Beautiful homestay. Very clean and calming. They are very helpful. Breakfast is great. In a much quieter area. Rooms were large and clean with TV so was nice to chill too. 25 min to Pho di bo walking street and the ‘unicorn temple’. This area appeared to be mainly locals, had a great atmosphere and gorgeously lit at night time. It was a 1.20 walk to Mua Cave lookout and beautiful scenery along the way. We didn’t hire bikes but saw lots of people cycling to the lookout.

Everything. The owner is so friendly and helpful. Even helped me with an issue of another stay of mine. Hot shower, huge room, bedroom and bathroom. Beautiful azaleas everywhere 🥰 There is a fridge with beverages for sale + instant noodles available on the hall for buying as well. I would definitely stay there again.

Really fantastic homestay set in very pleasant surroundings with a lovely, well kept garden. Has to be one of the best we've stayed at in Vietnam. Very friendly and welcoming family, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast and dinner are available and the food is great. Our laundry was done for us and only cost 50K. We would definitely stay at Nha Xanh homestay again next time we are in Ninh Binh, highly recommended.

I had a wonderful vacation at green house, which brought extremely interesting experiences. I could walk and bike to tourist attractions within a 2 km radius and the staff were very accommodating. Room is clean and fully equipped (fridge, TV, hair dryer, etc.) and breakfast, dinner. Cooking with my family is fun and the food is very delicious to me

Big and comfortable room which was ideal as we were stuck there during the typhoon. The family are very sweet and kind people. Breakfast varied each day.

Quite far from the town, so you'd have to rent a scooter, but great if you want to be in the quieter side of the town.

The room was really nice and bed was comfortable. The host was very helpful always there. She also arranged bikes for us. The homestay is very nice with flowers and trees in the garden.

The homestay is a little far out from town but nothing to worry about with motorbikes or short taxis
