We were given a great room with incredible light and views of the gardens, surrounding fields & sunset. Kim and her family were unbelievably helpful throughout our stay - setting up the free bikes, giving us tasty breakfast and tips throughout on what to do and where to go. The kindest thing they did was allow us a late checkout as we had a night bus in the evening.

Some aspects of the room were a little tired. For example the towel rail fell off when we put our towels on it. However it was lovely and big, with lots of space to put / store clothes. The location is pretty secluded. Great for a peaceful stay, but a little restrictive if you don't have a motorbike!

omg!! from the moment i arrived i felt welcomed!!! the worker gave me some juice to rehydrate myself after the ride from pu luong in the heat. when i saw my room, i fell.i love with!! however i decided to stay 3 days because of the care from the staff. they knew i love fruits and they were getting out of their way to give me some or to surprise me with some fresh juice. The free bicycle was also fantastic and it s probably one of the best free bike i had (plus the traditional hat). the food is nice too.

The host, Kim, was very kind and very accommodating even before we arrived in their homestay. She constantly answered to my queries about our Vietnam trip and she provided all that we need before and during the stay. Her mom cooks delicious food and although she doesn't speak English, was warm and would always welcome us with a smile and give us produce from their garden. The homestay was very comfortable. The price is cheap but the quality is excellent. The location is nearby many tourist attractions. We rented bicycles to go to these places. Biking in Ninh Binh was very relaxing as the roads were wide, there were not much vehicles, and the views were refreshing to the eyes. I love their dog, Ruou. I missed the dog the moment we left.

Entry gate for the parking could have been little bigger. Maintenance inside compound could have been better. There is a waterbody could have been utilized for pool but it is dirty and inaccessible due to poor maintenance. Infact we mistook it as a swimming pool.

1. The lady who runs this homestay is very friendly and helpful. She gave us tips on what and when to see best in Ninh Bình and we can stay a little longer than the check-out time to wait for our limousine to pick us up 2. Bicycle for free of charge to go around and go to the town for dinner. 3. The garden with many fruits such as mango, longan, pomelo, water apple...

The shower needs to be improved.

The 3 stories house was recently built with 6 spacious room for guests. Each room has its own private bathroom with strong hot water. Just like a 3 stars hotel. The lady owner renders good services to guests and very helpful with local information about Trang An. Her brother in law lives next door and has late model nice car to drive us around. In summary we are extremely satisfied with the services and hospitality.

I love the hospitality of the host, she is very friendly, generous and whole-hearted. The room is clean and quite, fully-equipped with a Media inverter air conditioner, electric water heater, smooth wifi connection. Breakfast is exceptional, I had a portion of hot bánh cuốn with a chef-kiss sauce. Highly recommend!

There was breakfast, a cute pet, and lovely ponds with water lilies and koi fish. The room is pretty spacious and has a nice view.
