The place is really beautiful and peaceful. You are close to the nature, during the night, you can hear crickets. The staff is very friendly and ready to help. You can purchase some packages that consist of visiting Unesco heritage sites and other beautiful places.

The houses are a bit old. It's very humid outside and inside. The bed is not that comfortable and the food is not tasty. Still, I think it's worth visiting.

Location: Absolutely stunning! The property is beautifully nestled between majestic mountains and surrounded by lush nature, offering breathtaking views and a tranquil atmosphere. It truly feels like a hidden gem, perfect for anyone seeking peace and a close connection to nature. Staff: The staff exceeded all our expectations. Everyone, from the reception to the dining area, was exceptionally well-trained, warm, and attentive. Special thanks to the lovely lady at the reception, whose welcoming smile and helpfulness made us feel instantly at home. The team(Lovely Ladies) in the dining area also deserves praise for their friendliness and thoughtful service they went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Thanks to their genuine care, we felt truly valued and pampered throughout our visit.

I would recommend offering a greater variety of food options for both lunch and dinner. Expanding the menu with more diverse and creative dishes would enhance the dining experience and cater to a wider range of tastes and preferences. This improvement would make meals even more enjoyable for guests

The location of the resort is absolutely beautiful! It's surrounded by towering limestone mountains, and you feel detached from the rest of the world. The staff were incredibly helpful. We had a 10pm night bus to catch after we checked out at 11am and the staff were very accommodating between those times. They let us wait in the lobby, order lunch and drinks at the resort, hire their scooters, help us organise a taxi to get to the bus and even shower in an empty room in the evening before we caught our bus. This made waiting nearly ten hours for a bus not only bearable, but actually rather enjoyable. I would highly recommend a stay at An's Eco resort.

The hotel is a fantastic respite from the rest of the world. Nestled in amongst rock cliffs, with wonderfully decorated bungalows, the environment creates a sense of rest. The swimming pool is lovely to just sit and enjoy the view over the lake and listen to the nearby sounds. The breakfast and general menu had both local and western choices at reasonable prices, which was great, since it made it easy to stay put and just relax. One of the highlights was the warmth and helpfulness of the staff, from calling taxis to arranging for a rental scooter to nice conversation. Having stayed closer to Tam Coc, with its busier streets, I loved being a little further out. It does mean leaving a little extra time to get to certain destinations. I found the trade off more than worth it!

The style of the accommodation and the decor were great. The location is secluded but we thought it was part of the charm (great for peaceful retreat). Access to bike (free) and scooter (hire) makes it easy to explore the countryside and Hoalu. Staff was very helpful, friendly and warm. Lots of things to do and see outside of organised tours (research needed as limited information given locally apart from those tours).

A feeling of dampness in the bed and on the sheets. Clothes left out feeling damp due to dampness in the room. Could do with sorting it out with extra ventilation or other appropriate local alternative ways?

The whole family stayed at An’s Eco Garden and we were very happy with our experience. The reception was very helpful with booking a driver for us and arranging transportation to the train station in the end of our stay. It is very quiet and relaxing to stay there with a diverse menu card at the hotel restaurant. All the staff spoke a good level of English and made sure we felt welcome and in good hands. I would Highly recommend this place.

The bathroom was a bit worn Down and the whole floor got very wet when showering. The hotel is located very remotely. We liked it but if you want to have some night life, you should choose another place.

This place is very difficult to describe. It’s like a resort set around a lake in a James Bond villain’s tropical lair. It feels like you are in an extinct volcano (you aren’t), with jungle-clad rock rock faces rising sheer almost all around. It feels like the lake might at any time move to one side to reveal a rocket launch pad underneath and minions in hard hats and boiler suits riding monorails…An himself is omnipresent, insisting on the highest standards from his staff, and getting them. A team of gardeners constantly (just about) taming the wilderness, the hospitality team providing a warm welcome and lots of assistance in all aspects (including arranging tours with knowledgeable local guides). We took the (free) bikes out one day and found a home stay nearby (blue garden) for a fab lunchtime coffee with a lovely host. Food at the resort is not world class, but tasty , plentiful, diverse and considering the relative remoteness , not massively overpriced, certainly not by western standards. The pool is one of those places you will bob around in for a bit, shake your head and not quite believe you are lucky enough to be there in that place. Our room was great. Air con was up well to the job. No telly. If you are the sort of person who needs a telly in those surroundings, then this ain’t your cup of tea, petal.

The mosquitos are the size of butterflies. But then again, the butterflies are the size of birds (apart from the hummingbirds, which are the size of butterflies (normal butterflies). Go prepared with suitable repellants, and have some fun with the hotel-supplied mosquito-killing electric tennis raquet.

Oh my goodness, where to start! This place is paradise. It is located at the foot of large rocky hills and situated round a beautiful lake.If you are a nature lover, this place is for you. It is quiet, yet the facilities are fabulous. The quaint living areas are fantastic - we stayed for three nights in a converted lorry. The bed was massive (with mosquito net) sheets were clean and the bathroom was built into the rock behind with a secret little area for us to sit out in and examine the wildlife around. We saw nesting birds, butterflies and goats in the rocks above. There’s a beautiful infinity pool, places for children and adults to play in the extensive grounds. The restaurant has an extensive menu and the bar is well stocked. We hired pushbikes one day (free) and there are loads of lovely small country roads around so you can visit the local villages - everyone was very welcoming. We also hired motorbikes and had a few trips further afield. Bike costs are very cheap around £6 for a day. Staff were SO accommodating, polite and helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at this resort. The location is great, with stunning views right outside the rooms; it's a treat for nature lovers looking for some serene time. Moreover, the resort had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, with top-notch service. The staff were all exceptional, friendly, and very professional; they're quick & efficient at fulfilling any requests and are very pleasant to interact with, too. Having a restaurant there made it even better, and they also organized day trips. I hope to return here sometime in the future.
