The property is delightful, everything you could need is available. There is a beautiful and well maintained swimming pool surrounded by a splendid garden. The rooms are spacious, well ventilated and comfortable. Everything is clean and in good working condition as well as arranged with style. The best thing about this home stay is how Kevin, our host, looks after you and is able to inform and help with everything you need or desire. Kevin is the best host we had over an entire month through Vietnam. He is so polite and funny and a great cook! He even offers to borrow bikes from the property for free and gave us some rain covers as we were ill prepared for the weather during our stay.

Luong and Huong made us feel very welcome during a 9 day stay. Luong is an expert with local information and was caring when I caught a nasty cold. He made me beautiful ginger and honey hot teas. He was attentive in many ways. We enjoyed the fresh, tasty food morning and night prepared by our hosts. We also enjoyed the village of Ninh Nhat and the people in it. A longer stay enabled us to feel at home.

Our old limbs would have enjoyed some more comfortable chairs in the room.

An Phu Homestay is a true gem in Ninh Binh. Mr. Luong is one of the kindest and most organized hosts you’ll find in Vietnam. The house was spotless, with great attention to detail—everything was clean and perfectly arranged. Mr. Luong went above and beyond, helping us with transport, scooter rental, trip suggestions, and even money withdrawal. He’s always ready to help and quickly solved any issues, like when our internet was slow. The homestay is one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed in, even compared to Singapore. What made the stay even more special was the location—nestled in a local Vietnamese quartier, away from the typical tourist spots, offering an authentic experience. The highlight was the delicious home-cooked meals prepared by Mr. Luong and his wife. I loved my stay and highly recommend it!

Kevin and his family were so incredibly welcoming and helpful in every way. We only had a short stay in Ninh Bình and Kevin arranged fit a full day with scooters to see all the all the most impozantan cuktural sites and natural features. We couldnt be Hapsite with iur stay. If you are considering a Homestay then this is the best option with amazing food cooked for us for two days. We had a wonderful informative exciting and welcome stay at An Phú Homestay.

It was what we wanted from a homestay and more. Mr. Luong was a friendly and eager host, catering to all our needs. The room was clean, large, and private. He spontaneously organized a day trip to explore Ninh binh in a unique way. If you are looking for a homestay experience, we would recommend the An Phu to anyone. We wish Mr. Luong and his family all the best!

The An Phu is a bit outside the city center, which we actually appreciated. But just beware of this before booking, if this is not what you are looking for.

We loved absolutely everything. The beautiful, peaceful courtyard and gardens, our large comfortable, clean ensuite room. But the absolute standout was the warmth, kindness and service we recieved from Mr Luong and his lovely family. We spent a wonderful 3 days. Mr Luong and his wife provided the most delicious breakfasts and dinners; we chose to eat at An Phu each day, it was that good (including fabulous vegetarian options for one of us). Mr Luong was very happy to share his extensive knowledge about the surrounding areas and give us some great ideas based on what we wanted to do and see. We used the bikes to ride out around the villages and Mr Luong came to the rescue when Grab taxi let us down. Highly recommend this lovely homestay in a quiet rural setting, that's close enough to all the local wonders and the hubub of the likes of Tam Coc if you want it.

That we couldnt stay longer.

The hosts Luong and Huong have made an oasis. They built this place by hand. It is pristine clean with beautiful facilities. My room was huge with huge windows! With a most comfortable bed. The food was delicious. Lovely garden and flowers, so nice to relax after a day of sightseeing. Luong took me around by motorbike, it was so much fun! He and his wife really cared. I liked also that it is set away from all the tourists.

What a beautiful stay we had! We booked last minute but Kevin was very kind and responsive. He welcome us with a smile and a fresh juice. The room was very nice, spacious, clean and comfortable with view of the beautiful gardens and the pool. You can sit in front of the of the pool and enjoy a drink. He made us also breakfast very early as we had a pick-up scheduled. Overall a fantastic stay! Kevin is super friendly and a great host!

it was a great time in an phu homestay. rooms very clean and big. family very nice. breakfasts different every day and very delicious. Mr. Kevin organized for us two wonderful days in ninh binh. we saw everything we could see. he told us very interesting historical curiosities. and at the end of the day it is worth buying dinner in ann phu homestay because it was the best food we ate in Vietnam

Everything was perfect

Very friendly people, heartwarming welcome. Very clean, comfortable big room and lovely garden. Bikes available and any question is quickly answered. The food was delicious and Luong and his wife are fantastic cooks for all kinds of dishes. As vegetarians we could choose among different delicious meals.

Nothing to complain about.
