Nice spot for relaxing in evenings. Washroom was one of the cleanest I saw in Ninh Binh. Super duper friendly staff lady, one in particular who remembered my name even after 3 days! Staff helped me find phone number of another homestay from which I booked bike which malfunctioned. But for you homestay staff was quick to connect me with other homestay. They were super helpful

I got the room with Mountain View which wasn't that fun as there was no swimming pool access from there. Food was terrible to be frank in otherwise good place. If you can, just eat outside. Also, no clear information about breakfast menu. I had to find it myself, would have totally missed it otherwise. Price wasn't worth it for the same offerings from nearby homestays. Also, too many tourists there, so it's good only if you want to socialise. otherwise, just book somewhere close by which are more peaceful.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel! The room was spacious, newly renovated (just 6 months old), and tastefully decorated with a modern yet cozy feel. Although the hotel is located in Trang An, a more remote part of Ninh Binh, we absolutely loved the peaceful surroundings. We are right in the heart of nature, with stunning views of limestone karsts, lotus ponds, and paddy fields — a serene escape from the crowds. Getting around was easy — we used Grab to visit all the main attractions like Tam Coc, Hoa Lu, and Mua Cave. A special mention must go to Chuc, the hotel manager. She was incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay — from helping us plan our itinerary to arranging transport. We truly appreciated her warm and thoughtful service. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful stay in Ninh Binh with excellent service!

This is a perfect place for nature lovers! The accommodations are located in a spectacular setting with a panoramic view of the rock formations and lush vegetation composing an idyllic atmosphere. For lovers of nature and peace, silence, it was the best place I found in Vietnam in July. The space is huge and offers all the infrastructure for you to stay without worrying about food because it has a very well equipped restaurant. It also has bicycles, kayaks, motorbikes. The huts are mostly made of beautiful Bamboo, and have everything you need and even more than you expect. Comfortable beds and even the curtains are quality that help to keep the darkness and privacy of the huts where the windows are made of glass. The gardens are carefully maintained, with orchids and tropical plants, full of jasmine that exudes a delicious aroma at all times. Lots of birds around. The accommodation is in front of one of the numerous lakes in the region, but for swimming and facing the summer heat, there is a pool that you can swim in. As I'm a vegetarian, I was super satisfied with so many options, both in the restaurant and at breakfast, unlike what I had seen in other places. It is served very well. It has an option for Western tourists and also Vietnamese who eat Noodles in the morning. I loved the natural juice and the fruits offered. Very healthy and compatible with the place. They also offer hot dishes with vegetable omelette, banana pancakes, chocolate pancakes. They have a hot dish menu for you to choose from. As in Vietnam food is very oily, you have to request to use little oil in cooking. But everything is perfect and very clean, beautiful and organized. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Always willing to help. Really lovely, even if they are very busy. The price for the accommodation is very fair. They have different options from the dormitory until luxury bungalow. All with air con.This is great!

In fact I loved everything, but if you want to enjoy the best of this place, avoid weekends in summer and holidays when large groups arrive. In any case, all the idyllic places will be full in July and during the school holidays. Anyway, it is better to be in a place like this where you can escape to the surroundings and contemplate the silence, the moon, cicadas and fireflies than anywhere else .

Reception and staff alike were extremely friendly and accommodating. Although the weather was overcast and often wet, there was plenty to do in the area. Bicycles and motorbikes are available, but if you don't mind walking, we found it to be convenient and easy to get around the area and probably noticed more detail than we would have on two wheels. And take note, For You Ninh Binh Boutique does not take credit cards for final payment at check out. We were aware of this and it did not present a problem for us. English spoken here. Breakfast options are limited to four choices. There is an old pomelo tree in the courtyard that has fragent-scented blossoms.

The bedroom was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. The outside area had a nice pool and lounge. The lady that received us was always so very nice to us what made the stay more pleasant. Also the surroundings were very peaceful and We very much enjoyed the Area. They had motorbikes to rent for 150k/day which was very good price

The breakfast could improve a lot. Only western option was toast with fried eggs and salad, which wasnt the best. We were hungry not much time after breakfast and you also didnt have water/coffee/juice/yes for self serving was its normal in most places. Another low point was the hot water which didnt last much long. Another thing was that even though the location was beautiful you had to rent a bike to move places because it was very isolated. There were taxis and Grab but quite expensive compared with what we payed in other places. You could also rent a bike but i dont advise because of the distancie between places and you would get very tired.

The absolute beauty, sitting by the lake surrounded by scenery that is stunning. Its a small village with such a peaceful ambience it is just the place to recharge after the hectic pace of bigger cities. We walked around the corner to more stunning vistas. The staff were friendly and helpful when booking tours and our return to the big smoke. The rooms were well appointed most surrounding the pool and everything you require for your stay Breakfast was an amazing array of fresh fruits, coffee, tea all the usual and a menu to choose from too There is an honour fridge full of assorted soft drinks and beer, a resident 'Meow' and Pigeon that liked to join us for breakfast. Freaked a lot of others out but we loved it. Peeps it's not aggressive We half expected 'King Kong' to leap out from somewhere to join us for breakfast too

What's not to like? We loved it all

Great location and views of the mountains. The breakfast was okay you get a set menu to order from each morning. The beds were comfortable, we were sick for one of the days we stayed here and found the room and place very comfortable. Bikes are a bit old and rusty but you don't have to bike very far for most of the attractions. It's 55k per day to rent a regular bike and took us around 20 Mua Caves and 10 minutes to Trang An boat tours. Staff were very accommodating and even packed up breakfast when we had to leave early on check out day.

Some facilities could be a little cleaner e.g. pool, seats, common dining area. But a lot of it I think is just due to weather and humidity. Again it's a great place for the price you pay.

For you homestay was excellent, I liked it very much! It has very good energy, it’s in the middle of nature by the lake. I slept like a baby:) The house I rented was clean with all the facilities. The staff was very kind and helpful. The food was great! They also rent bikes and motirbikes. There is also a swimming pool. They have a cute cat, everyone loves it:) Oanh, the manager, found me a train ticket at the last minute! I was very grateful to her (don’t wait to book a ticket!)! I hightly recommend it!!

Absolutely stunning vista, peaceful and tranquil just what a body needs after big cities and long travels. Sitting on the deck just surveying the view and unwinding doesn't get much better than this except with a cold drink in hand The bungalows were comfortable and snuggled into the mountains behind with a central pool, staff were friendly and ever helpful There is a community pigeon that joined in with us when eating, wasn't accepted by all, but we loved it. Also a resident 'meow meow' spending her time stalking said pigeon and then hopping up for a cuddle We found out later that there is a boat ride into a cave where allegedly King Kong was filmed, also a bear sanctuary nearby homing bears that were rescued from bile farms. The food was fairly ordinary and not many other choices Breakfast had a great layout with fruit selections, tea, coffee I'm a bit sad most places now use commercially bottled chilli sauce and not their traditional delicious variety The other thing that most places do today is use tiles around the pool and throughout premises that when wet are VERY dangerous. Showers too even when wearing available plastic shoes When sitting on the deck at sunset, mellowed out, enjoyed the changing evening light -BOOM- on come fluorescent lights. Spoils it a little and the beautiful Vietnamese lanterns are all that are needed These points a minor and I would return for sure

I loved the location, I was looking for a place to relax and enjoy nature and that was definitely it! However you should not book this place if you're looking for a place close to the city, this is not it! The food served was also very good, and you had a nice view of the mountains and the rice ponds on their deck. The shared dorm was fine it had beds with curtains and a locker, nothing fancy but what you need as a solo traveler.

The wifi didn't work in the dorm, or maybe just on the corner in which my bed was located, and neither did my cellphone provider. The bathrooms were also a bit dated and could use some work. They were decently clean, but due to being outside, it did catch a lot of dust and dirt very quickly. There was also some sort of construction work happening right outside of the property, so there were a lot of trucks coming and going all day, so not very peaceful during the day. This is of course not the property's fault, but if you do book in the next couple of months be aware that it might be a bit noisy.
