The surprising thing is that the homestay is located in a wonderful natural place surrounded by limestone mountains, a beautiful swimming pool, and especially the staff here are very professional, they are very friendly, the food is delicious, very good organized tours, i recommend everyone to go to this place and find the manager named niaa a í is very helpful

My stay at Trang A Spring Garden Homestay was absolutely perfect. Nia and his family were incredibly warm and welcoming they made me feel like part of their home from the moment I arrived. Their hospitality and customer service were top-notch, always going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The traditional Vietnamese food was authentic and delicious every meal felt homemade with care and love. I also really appreciated how easy it was to arrange things on short notice; whether it was renting a scooter or booking local excursions, Nia handled everything quickly and at a very fair price. The peaceful garden setting, clean rooms, and genuine kindness of the hosts made this one of the most memorable stays of my trip to Ninh Binh. Highly recommend to anyone looking for comfort, great food, and a truly local experience.

We had a great stay and we even came back a second time! The property manager is friendly and helpful and his staff very kind. We did not expect to arrive early in the morning but, being a rainy day, they arranged an early check in for us! They helped also with laundry service, scooter rental and bus tickets purchase. Rooms are spacious and clean; there is as well a pool on property. Breakfast menu has a wide choice of dishes and portions are big! The location is really peaceful, it's perfect if you are looking for a quiet stay, however be aware that you will need your own vehicle or to rent a motorbike to move in the area.

Location: peaceful but still a short drive or ride away from main attractions. If you have children they will love roaming around and explore safely. Staff: the owner Nia is super nice and helpful. He was very patient and caring towards our boys, who were being boys ahahah Nia helped us find a reliable driver at a fair price to explore the area and made recommendation for the best itinerary. All other staff also were very friendly! Food: We ate 2 x breakfast and 2 x dinners and it was really tasty. Ask Nia for recommendations when choosing the food as the menu is huge and can be overwhelming.

We loved everything. Nia and his staff are wonderful. The bedrooms are clean, the beds are very big and comfortable, the food is fresh and delicious. We rented scooters, Nia helped us organise day trips and transport from Ha Long. We met lovely families, we played in the swimming pool and at the pool table. The two young boys working with Nia were very kind to our children. The location is great, easy to get a grab. It is very peaceful but close to everything. Highly recommend staying here!

I stayed in this Homestay with my family and we all very liked it so we decided to extend our stay. Obviously what makes it great is the perfect location literally next the mountains far enough from the agitation of the city if you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing place to stay, but still close to everything you need and the tourists attraction by bike or bicycle. The accommodation is great with large beds and bathroom. But one of the best things is the good cooking of chef Châu and the rest of the staff and the extreme kindness of the host Nghia who has the best advices about what to do in the area and he his just super nice and fun. The pool is also very good and has lights at night. I definitely recommend to stay there if you go come instead of Tam Coc

Nothing everything was perfect

Bungalow was quite spacious.

Food was not great. We expected two rooms (1 bedroom and 1 salon) but got only one bedroom. There was no free water, which was a standard in other places (even from a lower price range)

This hotel is a true oasis in the countryside, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The location is perfect for those looking to unwind, surrounded by nature and away from the noise of the city. The owner is incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help. He gave us great sightseeing tips and even helped us with some medication when we had a bout of food poisoning. His hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel also has a very nice and clean swimming pool, perfect for cooling off after a day of exploring. Their on-site restaurant serves delicious food, making it easy to enjoy a great meal without having to go far. Motorbikes are available for rent, making it convenient to explore the surrounding areas. We originally planned to stay for just one night but loved it so much that we ended up staying for three! If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with great amenities and a wonderful host, this is the perfect place. Highly recommended!

The homestay is perfect — nothing to complain about. All the amenities are there, the team is lovely, and the manager is extremely kind, helpful, and full of good advice. The location is absolutely incredible, right in the middle of the karst mountains, surrounded by nature — it’s magical. You can easily rent a scooter or a bicycle to get to livelier places like Tam Coc or Ninh Binh without any difficulty. I highly recommend this place, without hesitation!

This property was perfect for us we , a bit quieter and out the way but the scenery around this place is incredible. Nghia and Ting were so helpful always helping me with my bike and getting taxi from homestay , nice pool and clean rooms very spacious if I ever come back to Ninh Binh I’m sure I’d stay here again. It’s not that I didn’t like it I loved everything but if you are planning on staying here you will need a moped to get around !!
