When we arrived, the staff moved us to their sister property, which we were apprehensive about at first but on arriving it was even nicer than the original booking we had made. We also loved being a tiny bit further out of town, it was tranquil and still easy to access everything. Both properties are in a great location, quick and easy access to shops and restaurants. Rooms were clean and breakfast was good - eggs, bread, pancakes, fruit etc. The staff were lovely too and booked our bus to Phong Nha, stored our bags and even drove us to the travel agency to catch the bus after we checked out.

Really nice Family, everyone was involved and took care of us. We could rent a Scooter for pretty cheap, to explore the surroundings. Definitly a must do! She explained everything and gave us some recommendations. Even pur laundry came back pretty fast. The Bungalows were pretty cute and especially the Garden, with the starfruittree. They buy the breakfast on the market every morning.

The bathroom was pretty smelly and had a lot of mold in it, i guess they will renew it in a bit.

This property amazed me in every way. Definitely the best place i’ve stayed in Vietnam. The rooms were very clean and tidy, smelling great and spacious. The bungalow area for breakfast and swimming pool is beautiful, surrounded by nature, also, breakfast is very good. And finally the staff, they have been so friendly and kind since the beginning, even making it easy for us when we arrived at 4am. They go out of their way to help you, I 100% would recommend this stay to anyone, amazing for its price!

Everything was absolutely great, from the pick up at the train station, to the lush, green, quiet, bungalow environment. The caretakers and hosts, John and Jenna, or absolute sweethearts, generous and accommodating. They made this green paradise exceptionally wonderful. I’m so happy to have stayed in Tam Coc with much to do, great restaurants and abundant spa services, rather than the big city of Ninh Binh, or Remote Trang An. The bungalows are steps away from all needed , but super quiet and off the beaten path. An exceptional experience from staying at these bungalows.

I loved everything

Great location, just of the main street. Everything in walking distance, but quiet. Breakfast is very nice, one of the best omelets I had in Vietnam. Very nice staff as well. Little swimming pool, just enough to cool of. Good temperature also. Great stay overall and good value for money.

If I do have to pont out some things: The have free bicycles, but not with babyseats. Those you still have to rent somewhere else. Pillows are way to soft, almost like not having one.

A cozy place on the edge of the centre. We arrived very early and the owner was ready to give us information about the area and could rent a motorbike with him. It's great to have a swimming pool and the bulgalows are nicely placed around the pool. The beds were good. Breakfast was good and the owners were ready to help whenever you want.

The pool got a lot of shade and there were no beds to lay down in the garden. The room was a little dusty and there were 3 air fresheners in the room...

This is a very calm and peaceful place, located near the mountains—a beautiful spot for morning walks. The room was clean, and the bed was large and comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful.

I have no complaints, but I would suggest placing a warning sign near the pool, as the tiles can be quite slippery.

Great stay at green peace! All the staff were so kind and helpful. The rooms were very clean and spacious. It was unseasonally cold during our stay but that was out of their control. I'm sure the pool is lovely when it's warmer! The pancakes at breakfast were delicious, best we've had in Vietnam so far! We borrowed their bikes which were also decent for getting to bich dong or the lake. Really recommend and great value

great breakfast & location

The property was beautiful, well kept and a minute from the Main Street of tam Coc but in a lovely secluded road for some peace and quiet. The hosts were incredibly attentive and really do the most to make you feel welcome. We even got upgraded for free!! Excellent free breakfast and cheap motorbike hire. The laundry was back so quickly and they even let us crash in reception when our bus got in at 5am. Thank you so much for having us.
