The Nam Hoa Hotel is situated in the centre of town with plenty of restaurants and bars etc immediatly outside we were given a rear room which was large, dual aspect and really quiet we loved the room, its quality furnature, bedding, linen and fixtures This is a high end room for not much more than budget price

The pool area has been fitted with a roof (strange) there is no outside space to sit the hotel doesnt flow and new building work is being undertaken when existing works still need finishing. Breakfast not great but overall good value we would definately recommend

We changed to this hotel due to it being in a better location for us and it did just that with the extra of a really lovely pool and it was super clean and had very friendly helpful staff. It’s on a great road which is in the middle of everything and it was really quiet at night also. I would recommend

The air con stopped working in the middle of the night and it was quite hard to get hold of a member of staff because the reception isn’t 24 hour. But after a little while we managed to find someone.

Beds were comfortable and room was a good size. Location was on the main tourist street and many restaurants in walking distance. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was basic continental style plus eggs cooked to order. Pool looked nice but it was too cold to use it while we were there. Reception staff available to book excursions or transportation for you. Laundry service was prompt (same day).

There is a currently renovations ongoing on the main floor but doesn't affect the room comfort.

This is a real hotel, with real hotel facilities and services: daily Room cleaning, breakfast Buffett, a great pool. The beds are cofortable, the rooms are spacious. The staff is very kind and helpful. Both the recepcionists (Dinh and Hai) speak English, they were extremely helpful with my day to day planning. The ladies in the breakfast are Also very kind. I definitly had a great experience and totally recommend this hotel.

The room was big and clean, and has a balcony ( B407) and is very well situated in the centre. In the morning the market comes to life, which is next to the hotel, and it is a lovely way to wake up to a new day ( but that might not be a thing for everyone) We could use the bicycles from the hotel to move around and the receptionist was very helpful to get us a motorbike for two days and arranged a taxi to Noi Bai Airport which was a luxury car and a very smooth transfer. Breakfast was very good.

They are doing a serious restoration at the moment, so during the day there is a lot of drilling and noises. But luckily that’s in the A building of the hotel, in our room we had no problem with the noise. I am sure it’s going to be a great place to stay once they are done with all the works. What is bothering in the room is the sewer smell that comes and goes, most likely it has to do with the river behind the hotel. I

Excellent central location in heart of Tam Coc. We enjoyed using the swimming pool. Rather basic facilities but beds were very comfy which is main thing. We thought we were getting a bath but just a shower. Breakfast was rather basic compared to others in Vietnam. No egg station or bacon! Seems to be used by a lot of tour groups e.g. intrepid. Be aware street life in Tam Coc starts early I.e. 5.30am!

We were very happy with the hotel. It is in the main street, close to nice restaurants, shops, a spa, and a karaoke bus. The bed was comfortable, and the staff was very kind and caring. We also appreciated that we could check in during the night because we arrived by night bus. A nice hotel with a great location — I would recommend it!

Dinh! I love Dinh so much! He was proactive and accommodating of my requests. He replied quickly to my messages and was an absolute angel throughout our stay. The rest of the staff were friendly, too. The breakfast was great. It was quiet and clean. The room we had was spacious. I slept like a baby on their bed. Location was really convenient.

Mr. Dinh, the manager , was extremely accommodative and cheerful. He ensured that we could stay a little longer on the day we were checking out for a reasonable price. We really appreciated it. The room was also large sized and the amenities were all good. Overall would highly recommend this hotel for anyone coming to ninh binh.

Hiu was the main staff who made our stay very comfortable. He was very responsive and friendly and took care of our needs i.e. room change, transportation that was cheaper than Grab & laundry service via hotel. Breakfast was very good.

Our first room had AC but the second room the AC did not work.
