We were a family of 7 in two rooms. The hotel is small and family-friendly, the pool is perfect. The hotel is centrally located and close to everything. The level of cleanliness is very good. Please note that breakfasts are ordered from a menu that you receive at the hotel reception, so it is worth doing this in advance upon arrival :) The staff is nice and helpful with everything you need.

Hiem was a fantastic Manager at Tam Coc Boutique Garden she helped us with all our tours and has very good English. We had a cyclone come through and no power for 12 hours, however Hiem relocated us to a place two doors down, who also went out of their way to help. Excellent breakfast included made by Hiem. Location quiet and right on the water, with their own beautiful pool. A short distance from the main street, approximately 400 meters. Lots of excellent restaurants around and superb cocktails! Would highly recommend.

We stayed here for 6 nights over Christmas, the staff made us feel like we was at home and couldn’t do enough for us. They was so helpful and welcoming. The property was located beautifully next to some mountains and next to the river. It was quiet on a night time and bed was very comfortable. We could hire mopeds from them and they also offer to do laundry at a small fee. Upon arrival we was given a map and an explanation as to what was around and places to visit which was very helpful.

We arrived very late at night, the property allowed us to check in despite the unusual hour. Hien the receptionist took great care of us! The room was clean and neat, and the bathroom was really cool. You can also rent bikes from the hotel, we rented one morning but it started raining after around an hour so we returned them and Hien refused to let us pay for the bike rent even when we insisted. Location is on a quiet street next to the main area and overlooks the lake. If you pay a visit to Tam Coc, this is the place to stay!

First time in Vietnam and I was very pleased to find this very nice hotel. Location was great as I came to visit the area while running and Boutique Garden was right in the middle. The room was clean, spacious, bright, and so comfortable. I could sleep so well after tiring days. The lady looking over was so friendly and very caring. Phu was also vering kind and helped me around.

It is winter time when I came and I guess, the hotel is at slow season pace with lomited staff abd resources, so the pool was empty, breakfast was yummy but very limited, amenities in room were limited too if I compared to many reviews from before. Also there is no restaurant in the property, however there are dozen of them all around.

Nan (not sure if I spelt that right) was such a great host. The bungalows are very comfy and though close together draips and curtains allow enough privacy. Very good location right in centre. Close to the hustle and bustle but peaceful and quiet. If you rent bikes there (very cheap) ask for the mountain bikes which they also have and don't cost mire. We also ate at Westlake which is next door with delicious and cheap food especially the fish. We would definitely stay there again. Very quiet in the evening. We enjoyed having our breakfast right at the lake. Ask for a bungalow in the back if you can.

My wife and I had a lovely stay here. The location is great, just opposite tam coc river and a short walk to the hustle and bustle of the main street. The staff are super friendly and helpful. When I was unwell, they arranged for my wife to have a motortaxi for the day to see the sights. Her driver was a gentleman called 'Om' (not sure if I am spelling this correctly) and he was fab!! For breakfast you order from a set menu and it was lovely each day. Tam coc and Ninh Bin was our favourite place in Northern Vietnam, so when we return we will be booking with the Boutique Garden again.

Nothing not to like!

On a quieter (no vehicles) road in town. Very clean. The woman running things is so lovely. She has the best laugh. Her English is challenging to understand, but with a translating app it worked out fine. We loved our stay and would return.

The bathroom is an interesting configuration. The shower is at one end and is open to the rest of the bathroom, but the drain is at the other end (past the toilet and sink). Thus, the entire bathroom floor is wet when you are done showering and you just have to wait for it to dry (which takes hours).

The rooms were perfectly clean, a great size, decorated beautifully and super comfortable. The area is quiet, but just a few minutes walk from everything - shops, spa, restaurants, bars. Perfect location! The best thing though, was the incredibly helpful staff. When everything was going wrong with our transport, they helped us by sending a taxi to our location in the middle of nowhere to get us to Hanoi. Absolutely the best place we've ever stayed and would 100% come back again!

Loved everything.

Central but quiet location. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and I loved the amount of glass windows that opened up the view to the beautiful garden. Pool was great a great addition to cool down in. Breakfast was tasty and always came with fruit, we liked to eat it looking over the lake. The girl at reception was super helpful and booked an excursion and bus tickets, her English was very good. Staff always smiling.
