We originally booked for 1 night but ended up staying an extra night because we loved it so much. The staff were really helpful with our requests and the hotel is in a great location.

Well what can I say I arrived late in the evening after an eventful ride from Hanoi.. on arrival I was greeted by the friendly staff.. they made me feel as if I was home.. they treated me to lunch with their family and made me feel like I was one of them. My room was beautiful fresh white walls great decor and a comfy huge bed the tv has Netflix and other streaming sites so plenty to watch if your having a quiet night before a big day riding around seeing the sights the information they gave me was perfect and the bike rental was great they made sure I was safe riding before I left for the sights.. the bike ran perfect and got me to all my destinations safe.. if anyone is looking for a great experience in tam coc I would recommend here.. great location to the restaurants all the information you could need and a great hotel for the price. Will definitely be returning next time im in the area!!

There was nothing to not like

We arrived early in the morning by sleeper bus and were greeted by staff and they made up make shifts beds until we were able to check in. Not long after having breakfast they got us in to our room for 0930. This set the tone for our stay with bikes, a motorbike, laundry and buses for onward travel being sorted, nothing was a problem for them. On departure they even made us sandwiches for our onward bus journey, many thanks to Tony and all staff that made our stay so pleasant!

We loved our stay at Tam Coc Center Boutique Hotel. The hotel is in a a great location in the centre of Tam Coc. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff, in particular the manager Jonny, were extremely warm, friendly and helpful and did everything they could to accommodate our needs and make our stay comfortable. The hotel buffet breakfast was lovely with enough options for us as vegans. Jonny was also very helpful in recommending and booking tours and transport for us and we were able to rent scooters/borrow free bicycles. All in all, the hotel offers great value for money. Highly recommend staying here!

The only negative was that a couple of items of our clothing got lost in the laundry but Jonny did all that he could to help with that and even went out of his way to buy us some clothing to replace the lost items.

From the moment we arrived the service here was so friendly and welcoming, which was appreciated as we were tired and needed a boost! As the other reviews say, Jonny is the gem of this place, and his family too. He helped us out with buses, a private car to the bear sanctuary (Four Paws at Ninh Binh, well worth a visit!) and even helped me buy a new phone bank when mine broke! This meant that he sent me videos of the phone banks available while in the local town phone shop. He advised me and picked up the phone bank for me to save me having to do this myself. The room was big bright and comfortable. The area was so convenient while being a couple of minutes walk away from the busier road. I was so grateful to have Jonny here. The place has such a lovely vibe and his brother and dad too. Wonderful stay! We are sad to leave.

We had a lovely stay here and felt well looked after throughout the duration of our stay. Many of the reviews mention the noise from the neighbours chickens however this didn’t affect our sleep at all. They offered us earplugs which we didn’t use and they were in the process of completely changing all of their windows to soundproofing ones whilst we were staying here. So, if you plan to stay here now, the noise will not be an issue at all!! We arrived in Tam Coc at 5am and the hotel allowed us to check in at this time at no extra cost as there was a room available. We had messaged them the day before asking if this was ok. The family are so welcoming and offered us a variety of fruits and tea whilst we were here. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the Tam Coc boat station. We were also able to rent scooters from the hotel so that we could drive further to mua caves which was a beautiful drive as well. We were too late for breakfast on one day but the hotel insisted that they were still able to make us breakfast which we appreciated!! The room was incredibly comfortable and would definitely stay again if we visit Tam Coc again. Thank you for always being so kind to us!!

Very nice place, perfect location near boat trips starting point, good breakfast plus many restaurants around, really helpful and friendly owners - we are thankful we could come to hotel at 4:30am (night bus), we've been nicely offered temporary place to sleep at that time and really early check-in just 2-3hrs later. Really big thank you to Johnny and his father!!! We've been also supported with bikes rental and transport for next places on our way. Really recommended.

Great stay in the centre of Tam Coc. Loads of restaurants and bars at a walking distance. We hired our motorbikes and bicycles here for a competitive pricenand they worked perfectly. Jonny and the staff are really the icing on the cake. Super helpful, and always smiling. Thank you so much for making us feel at home.

Breakfast was ok, but it would be great to have the option to have some water and more eggs?

Absolutely amazing - the owners were so helpful and nice, they organized so many things for us, offered fruit, water and juice everytime we were leaving the hotel or staying in the lobby. The rooms were clean and beautiful. Breakfast pho was tasty. Highly recommend.

Location,location right across the street from the lake, and plenty of mini marts restaurants.the staff were fantastic, especially Phan, nothing was too difficult.the room we had was an inside room but was quite and comfortable.

Beeing lied to. ordered a transfer from the hotel to hanoi requested hotel to hotel on departure to be told they couldn't get us down the road to the hotel another lie the true reason was that we were the ones going to the west side and all the rest were going to the old quarter.so they dumped us on side of the road and told us we have get a taxi If you require a transfer, i suggest you go to a booking office outside of the hotel.
