The family who is in charge of the house, and especially Loan, are exceptional hosts!! They were extremely helpful and gave us a lot of information about the tourist points, exchanged money for us, and offered us rental bikes with baby chair. Breakfast was simple but prepared with love The house is close to the main street with tons of food options. However it is relatively quiet. Sometimes you can hear some party people from the karaoke bar near by but not a huge problem

Is a little nitpicking but a small closet to leave our clothes would be the cherry on top. Also the bathroom has some humidity problems but nothing really important.

Just one word for service - excellent. I was wondering before hand is this home stay okay or is service enough for us...I never again doubt that. We have plenty problems that are not related home stay, but they resolve everything so smooth ( lile middle of night ride to local hospital...too long storie). Location was in the middle of everything (restaurants, massage, cafe shops etc), just walking distance for every important service you need. They arrange all trips that we needed (national park, bear sanctuary, trang an etc).

AMAZING would be an understatement. I arrived at the hotel with a horrible food poisoning from Cat Ba and I was by myself. The wonderful owner of this homestay sent her husband to get me medicines, she made soup and would check in on me every few hours to make sure I am okay and they refused to take any tips or money. She saved my life and it felt good to feel supported while you are terribly sick and by yourself. The location is amazing, literally next to Tam Coc boat station. The rooms are wonderful, spacious, well equipped and very relaxing. They are new too, not run down or old like many places in VN. They offer very nice breakfast and have a nice pool. The stay was very relaxing with a perfect location. If you are in Tam Coc, you HAVE TO STAY THERE

Where do I begin! This was one of the most comfortable and convenient stays we have had during our Vietnam stay. The hostess is super friendly, enthusiastic and speaks very fluently in English. We had every need taken care, from bikes available to rent at the property itself, to laundry, to booking busses and helping us with places of interest around Tam Coc. The location is excellent as the property is nestled inside a quite lane which is right opposite the Tam Coc boat ride bookings, and only 15-20 mins away from other spots such as the Bich Dong Pagoda or the Mua Caves. Some of the best cafes and restaurants in Tam Coc are at a 2 min walking distance from the property. Despite being so accessible, the property is also secluded and away from the busy street. The room was spacious, super clean, and the bathroom was big and there were no issues with hot water. The beds were comfortable and the family that runs this place were extremely pleasant to interact with.

1) No elevator so you need to carry your luggage upstairs; but this is expected at this price point. 2) Out of the 3 nights we spent here, there was extremely loud music being played in the early morning in the near vicinity. We could not only hear the music in the room but also feel the vibrations from the sound which was a bit annoying for a few hours. 3) While the hostess was quite fluent in English, it was tough interacting with other members of the family. This was mostly challenging during breakfast where our instructions were not fully understood, but nothing too big to make our stay unpleasant.

We had a very pleasant stay at this homestay. Everything was clean and comfortable! We had our clothes washed here and got them back smelling wonderful. We arrived a bit later in the evening, and the owner gave us a warm welcome with some tea and plenty of information about Ninh Binh. We were also able to easily and cheaply rent a scooter from her. The location is great too! Just off the busy street, but within a one-minute walk, there are plenty of restaurants and shops. Unfortunately, we didn’t have many nights here, but we would definitely come back! She also has a travel agency where she can help you very well with your next destination. Through her, we were able to easily book a transfer and boat tour in Halong Bay. All in all, we had a very pleasant experience!

Great stay. Loan and her family were very accommodating and happy to help wherever possible. Clean and spacious rooms, very comfortable bed and lovely balcony. Great location but also away from the busy street. Able to rent a motorbike or bicycle for cheap and laundry service provided, back same day. Breakfast options were basic but good. Would highly recommend their homestay and would come back for sure if I return to Tam Coc.

Can be a little noisy at night from the bars close by but this usually stops by midnight. Don’t let that deter you from staying here though.

Our hosts were great, the room and pool were great too. Great location central to all. We even rented a room fornthe day before a night bus and the helped with the bus booking and walked us down to the bus. Aircon worked fine, good breakfast too.

Being close to the town square there always seemsd to be some music playing for either dance troops or some presentation early in the morning or late in the eve. But it was doable. May depends upon the season though..best to check that out first.

We were just looking for a place to stay for one night and found the perfect homestay. We arrived after midnight and had no problems with the easy check-in. The next morning, during breakfast, they offered us all kinds of information about the area. They were super friendly and allowed us to leave our luggage while spending the day wandering around. We found exactly what we needed, a room with a comfy bed to rest for a night after a long trip, a good shower and very friendly and helpful staff.

Everything was perfect. A welcome drink after a long bus ride, comfortable and clean room, hot shower and provided everything we needed. We booked onwards travel at a cheap rate, hired bicycles and did laundry. Breakfast had lots of choice and was delicious. A map was also provided and they took time to explain all the attractions, prices and different options. Great location in the heart of Tam Coc

Just that due to time of year it was too cold to use the pool!
