We absolutely loved our stay here - it is run by a lovely couple who were so welcoming and kind. Rooms were modern, clean and comfortable - and we were allowed to check in early in the morning for no extra cost which was so kind of them! Breakfast is very impressive and adds to the ridiculously good value of this place. Coffee, smoothie, fruit, eggs and baguette + fillings... They really did go above and beyond to make our stay worthwhile! Bikes and motorbikes available to rent for cheap prices, with an absolutely unbeatable location right in the heart of Tam Coc. 10 stars!! :)

Nothing, it was perfect!!

We had a wonderful stay at this homestay in Ninh Binh! The hospitality was truly exceptional – the hosts were incredibly warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to make us feel at home. Their attentiveness and the care they showed throughout our stay made a real difference, from helpful local tips to making sure we had everything we needed. The location was also perfect – very central and close to everything we wanted to see and do. It was easy to explore the surrounding sights, and we appreciated being so conveniently located. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ninh Binh – it’s a great combination of comfort, kindness, and convenience!

Where do I start if I could rate the hotel as 20 I would. Situated on an ally not 100m from the main road yet it’s quiet and peaceful, the place is spotlessly clean so much so you could eat your food off the floor it’s that clean, the room is very spacious and light with great aircon, the breakfast is simple but well prepared and tasty, hot water in the shower is immediate and plentiful, the bed and pillows are very comfortable, the hosts are there to help and always smiling. And trust me the rooms and hotel are exactly as the photos show, there is no elevator but that wasn’t a problem for us but there are very few elevators in Tam Coc as most hotels are low rise, and the owner will take your bags up as he did with us.

If anyone finds a fault with this hotel then they should stay at home, ITS FABULOUS.

The room looked exactly like the pictures. Spacious, clean, great air con and shower. The mattress is quite hard but I was still able to have a good sleep. The location is perfect, right in the centre of the busy area but tucked away on a side street so the noise from the bars and traffic on the main road doesn’t reach you. It’s only a 2 minute walk to the beautiful Tam Coc boat ride. The family running the hotel are always very friendly and helpful, we hired a scooter from them for a very good price. The breakfast is amazing. They serve a variety of fresh fruit and a bahn mi with egg. The bahn mi itself is a great bit of bread! 🥖. I didn’t expect it to be so good considering how cheap it was! 10/10 for me, and that’s without the owners asking me to review them.

a hotel ran by the loveliest family, vu thanh and gwen went above and beyond throughout our stay we were always greeted with a smile and it was such a pleasure to stay with them, they helped organise laundry and renting bikes for us and recommend where to go in the area, the included breakfast was a massive spread of fruit and banh mi with tea, coffee, juice and water also provided, we were given clean towels and bottles of water every day. the location was great just off the main road in tam coc and opposite the lake where the boat trip goes from! it was raining a lot when we checked out and they wrapped all our suitcases in plastic bags and gave us ponchos to walk to the bus station in! we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again and recommend to everyone :)

Clean and comfortable air-conditioned room. The bathroom and towels were very clean with hot water in the shower. The free breakfast of omelet/baguette with tomatoes, cucumber, and a selection of fresh fruit was first-rate. The owner was very friendly. The location is Central but quiet. There is an excellent café directly opposite the hotel. If I were to come back to Tam Coc, I'd stay here again.

Nice modern room, well equipped, comfy beds. Friendly staff, lovely breakfast (eggs, bread, loads of fruit, coffee and juice). Fab location so close to everything but tucked away so is quiet at night. Nice balcony. Good laundry service. Can hire bikes if you want. Staff very friendly

Damp room and damp bathroom - shower didn’t drain very well and bathroom smelled bad unless the air con was on and the door open (it was fine once we worked this out). This isn’t uncommon for Vietnam though

The service here was absolutely amazing, the best of our whole trip in Asia. A really warm family who took care of everything: we got laundry, transfers, bicycles for a good price. They also welcomed us at 4.30 in the morning and got us a room right away. The room was also really clean and nice and a plus for the counter space and shelves. The breakfast was big and very tasty! Location also central, services and restaurants close by. This stay was a wonderful memory. I wholeheartedly recommend this place! Many hotels have been good during our trip, but this is one I would definitely return to again.

Our Stay was really nice! We stayed 7 days. The room was very big with a high ceiling, balcony and a nice and clean bathroom. The hosts were extremely friendly and always caring, the breakfast was really nice as well. All in all, it felt like being part of a family :)

We had some bugs crawling in our bathroom at night, however when we started covering the shower sink with a towel, the problem was solved. Not that big of a deal!

The room was big and well lit, the AC worked great, it’s located a short walk from the Tam Coc boat ride but it was still very quiet. The wifi was good as we work remotely and didn’t have any problems. Owners really try to make your stay as comfortable as possible, always greeting you with a smile and even though they only speak very basic English, they use google translate to make sure you understand each other. They also gave so much food for breakfast that we could barely eat everything and even though it was an egg omelette with bread every day, the variety of fresh fruit on the side really made the breakfast amazing. On our first night, we noticed that the water heater wasn’t working so we notified the owner in the morning and he immediately offered to move us to another room, which was basically the same. He was also very apologetic about the situation. He booked a very comfortable transfer to Hanoi for us for a lower price that we could find on 12goasia. We also used their laundry service for 35k/kg and rented a motorbike for 120k/day. The photos are from the room 302.

The room we got moved to didn’t have a wall between the toilet and the shower so the bathroom floor got wet but it wasn’t a major problem for us. The bed was firm but not the hardest we had in Vietnam.
