We loved our stay at Tam Coc Family Hotel. We stayed over Tet (Lunar New Year) and knew we would have to stay at the hotel while things shut down. The room was spacious and we were checked on if we needed anything daily. The pool was clean but the weather was too cold when we were there. The family that run the hotel are the real highlight. They treated us like their own family and invited us to their Tet celebrations, offering us food and happy water to bring in the new year together. It was the highlight of our time there. They also explained the area when we first arrived and booked a day tour where the son of the family drove us round the top attractions, and waited whilst we went in and explored. The breakfast was lovely each morning with a few options to pick from. Everything was made fresh and we enjoyed the opportunity to sit and drink tea with the parents of the family. I would highly recommend staying here whilst in Tam Coc/Ninh Binh.

We had the best time here with mamma. Never felt so warmly welcome - mamma went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after and gave us all the local insight. We were able to easily book tours and rent a bike. We had a comfy stay and we loved the freshly made breakfast every morning - fantastic cooks! Location is great very walkable to all the great restaurants, bars and shops while being down a quieter street. Loved the night vibes here walking around and trying all the food. Really felt like family with mamma, we also met Papa, her son who runs the restaurant (Tam Coc Kitchen) and her daughter. Nicest people! We definitely don't get this level of service in Australia and we know it will be a big highlight of our trip around Vietnam! You won't regret staying here highly recommend!

The pool was perfect after a long day around the rice fields. Location was meters away from tam coc pier, and 5 min away on bike from amazing rice fields and karsts. The breakfast was good and maybe one of the best chocolate crepes we had in all Vietnam home stays. We were treated correctly and were happy about our stay. We rented a bike from the hostel and did all touring by ourselves and it was our favorite part of all of our days in vietnam.

We couldn't find anything to complain about, maybe that the door in our room didn't close correctly unless you pass the key (which we were simply doing all the time)

Mama and her family are the most wonderful, welcoming, helpful and friendly people in the world. You are literally welcomed with open arms to this hotel and they can't do enough for you, whether it is booking tours and drivers, giving you snacks and water to take out on your day trips or giving you tea and/or happy water when you get home. Breakfast is delicious and generous and the coffee is good. Rooms are clean, spacious, and well equipped. Comfy beds too. Nice and quiet location set back from the main street in Tam Coc it is still perfectly centrally located close to the restaurants, bars and shops. I felt like part of the family and was very well looked after during my stay and would absolutely come back on another visit to the area! Thank you so much! Will miss you all x

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in Vietnam. Everything is excellent and great. Mom and dad who are the host of this family treating us so well and making us feel like home. They also helped us arrange the amazing tour by car and booked us the ticket to Cat Ba island. The room is spacious and clean with the top-notch amenities. The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained. This beautiful hotel located in the heart of the Tam Coc with so many local nearby restaurants and it is really conveniently close to popular attractions. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, peace and relaxation!

We had the best stay at this Hotel, and would go as far as saying it was our favourite in the whole of Vietnam. Mama (host) made us feel very welcome, calling us her family and continuously thanking us for staying with them. The facilities were really good, with a lovely swimming pool and good bathroom / shower (these are shared). Breakfast was included and was lovely, Mama's pancakes being our favourite. We would 100% stay again and will miss the positivity Mama gave throughout our stay.

The best place we have stayed in Vietnam. The hotel is in a great position in the town, just set back down a quiet side road, the room was very clean, bed was comfortable and the hosts were so friendly. They gave us water for our day trips and let us leave our luggage with them until our bus in the evening, despite checking out in the morning. Lovely breakfast each day and help with booking tours/transfers etc

Hands down the best place we've stayed in Vietnam! The rooms, pool, and breakfast were all great, but the absolute best part was the owner. She was incredibly kind, joyful, and sweet, and spending time with her was truly wonderful. She even let us try typical Vietnamese treats and gave us all the tips we needed for a marvelous experience here. Plus, the location was excellent! It couldn't have been any better! We'll definitely be back!

Everything here is amazing and comfortable…. The hosts are some of the nicest sweetest people you will ever meet…. Beds are comfy hot water with good pressure and the house is very cool with a nice pool for a dip after a hot day of touring around town. I really can’t say enough about the people that host this place anything you need they are willing to go above and beyond to accommodate the guests. Highly recommend Tam CoC Hotel when you are staying here it’s like staying with family.

Our stay at this hotel in Tam Coc was absolutely wonderful ! We spent 3 nights here and felt truly welcomed by the owner, who was incredibly kind and attentive. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. Every morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast that was fresh and full of flavor. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the hospitality made our experience even more special. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tam Coc !
