The location is excellent—just a few meters from the city center. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is very friendly and always helpful with anything we needed. The hotel was fantastic.

I’m not reviewing the hotel itself, but the laundry service we requested and paid for during our stay. I handed in a bag of white and beige clothes to be washed. They were returned nicely folded in a plastic bag, and since I was packing my backpack, I didn’t unfold them right away. To my shock, when I finally opened the bag, I found all my clothes ruined—covered in dark stains. Worse than the stains, the fabric looked worn out and old. These were clothes I had either bought specifically for this trip or worn only once or twice. Some were favorites that I can’t replace anymore. Honestly, I’m writing this out of disappointment. There’s no way to recover what was lost—no compensation can bring back items you really liked and felt good wearing.

Happy with the hotel, facilities, breakfast, all good value for the price. Location is great - just 5 minutes walk from all the restaurants and shops. And boating at Tam Coc is hardly 2 minutes away. Lot of options to eat, some good restaurants nearby. Staff was just amazing! They were very helpful with any information or help that we needed. Room was good sized and clean. BREAKFAST was good, hot options as well like eggs and pancakes. There was a massive pond at the back with many fish and it was very entertaining for my son to watch.

Pool wasn't very clean and felt there were mosquitoes in the evening, so may be more regular cleaning/spraying was needed

The staff at this place are so friendly,helpful and kind. This was my favorite hotel during my trip to Vietnam due to the customer service of all staff from room service,dinng room staff and reception. Phuc Bella and Nhung were always helpful and smiling at reception. The lady at breakfast Phueng was a lovely lady who was always friendly and helpful.The rooms were modern and very clean with very comfortable beds. Great location. . The owner of this hotel should be really grateful that he has such excellent staff as that's what definitely makes this hotel special.

Great location, right in the middle of the town. At walking distance from a lot of good restaurants. The service was great, they helped me with transfers from airport and to my next hotel in the centre of Hanoi. I also went on a day trip on one of their packages which was really nice. They do have construction in the adjacent property (5-April-2025) which can tend to get a little annoying during the day. But I guess one can’t really tick each box - this is no fault of the hotel. Can’t recommend enough. It was so comfortable and relaxed I honestly didn’t want to leave!

Phoc got in touch with me way before we travel to check in advance what we need. In the end, he has helped to arranged for transport from a hotel in Hanoi to Tam Coc and later from Tam Coc back to Hanoi airport at 2am. He surprised us by having to stay in the hotel making sure that our transport arrived on time to take us to the airport. Throughout our stay, he has been very helpful including arranging for transport to go about in Tam Coc and recommending restaurants for meals. In short, he has made our stay in Tam Coc memorable.

The bathroom flooring is one level and the tiles used were slippery when it is wet. Could have provided more or larger floor mats to soak up the water especially after shower.

We stayed here for 4 nights on 2 consecutive bookings. The room we stayed in was large enough and had plenty of storage space. It had a lovely view of the rice fields in the distance from the balcony. The room was cleaned daily. The breakfast was very good and varied a little each day. Mr Phuc of the staff was dedicated and helpful, as was everyone else. He helped us with our enquiries on more than one occasion. The hotel is centrally located with restaurants, ATMs and bicycle/motorbike rentals nearby. The starting point for the Tam Coc boat trip and the long distance bus pick-up and drop-off point are 200m from the hotel. It's especially great for exploring the stunning Ninh Binh region. We had a pleasant stay here and would like to stay here again in the future.

The staff is amazing! They really made our stay. The hospitality of the entire team is comparable to a 5 star hotel! They were super nice and Moreover the design was nice and everything super clean.

The “Villas” are not a villa they are bungalows and from the inside comparable to a normal hotel room. We were a little bit disappointed because the pictures have gave us another impression. BUT the staff and the good breakfast (for a Vietnamese hotel) were so outstanding that we have nothing to complaint. We highly recommend to stay at this property. As a side note: there is a scooter rental directly next to the hotel. The hotel recommends to take them. I would not do it. They are not serious businesspeople, sheeting on gasoline and renting not roadworthy vehicles.

The location is perfect, surrounded by the stunning natural beauty of Tam Coc, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel truly impressed me. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options to start the day on a high note. A special mention goes to the manager, Phoc, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. His warm hospitality, helpful advice, and genuine care for guests made me feel right at home. It’s rare to meet someone so dedicated to providing exceptional service. I highly recommend Tam Coc Holiday Hotel to anyone visiting the area. I can’t wait to return!

The rooms were very nicely appointed and comfortable but what really makes this a hotel stand out is the staff. Phuc absolutely made our stay there. He was kind, responsive and helpful going above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. He organised a birthday cake on my wife’s birthday which was incredibly sweet and even gave us a bag of water and snacks for our onward journey. I cannot express just how great he was and gave us the best hotel service experience we have ever had. He’s a true asset to this hotel.

Our bungalow was by the kitchen which meant it was reasonably noisy some mornings but not unbearable. Otherwise nothing.

Breakfast was very good. Catered very well for our needs with a mix of fruit, hot foods in a buffet style layout as well as made to order options from the chef.

Absolutely nothing. my wife and I really liked the hotel, its location and the staff were exceptionally helpful and spoke very good english. The manager (Phuc) was fantastic. Always taking time to chat and check we had everything we needed, including helping me purchase an e-sim for my phone, arranging rental of 2 mopeds and setting up our private car transfer to the airport on departure, after our 4 day/night stay.
