It’s a really nice homestay ! The location is perfect by the lake , you have a great view on the river and it’s close to the center. The pool is really nice , you can rent bikes , the staff give you a lot of good information to organize your stay. And they are very sweet. I was sick for a few days and they really helped me, they worried about me and gave me free food to feel better. The sweetest. But the place in itself is already amazing.

The beds tend be uncomfortable after a few hours (it kind of takes your shape in).

The staff were extremely kind and helpful and even refused tips I wanted to give them at the end. There is a lovely pool to stay cool and it is located right by next to the river which is a beautiful place to watch the boats go by and enjoy a mango smoothie! The bedroom (dorm) is very basic however has good a/c and fans keeping it very cool, the beds were comfy and clean and there were power points and lockers for convenience

The bathroom is on a different floor which isn’t the most convenient but otherwise it’s extremely good value for money

I needed a bed just for the day ahead of an 11pm train and was able to book this one that morning. They were so kind to me and accommodating as soon as I arrived. Wish I’d have had more time to truly stick around and relax there. Nice, comfortable bed to rest on during the afternoon downpour and a refreshing pool to swim in before heading to my train.

Amazing location and the best breakfast ever. I extended my stay there for one more night just to try one more breakfast option. The beds are comfortable. I wish it was warm weather to be able to enjoy the view from the restaurant there.

It was really cold at the time I stayed there. The air conditioner worked for warm, host provided warm blankets, but it still wasn't enough. I had to sleep in a few pairs of pants, 2 socks and a jacket. It's probably all good if not that cold.

Situated next to the river and lake surrounded by mountains. This homestay was amazing, you get a free breakfast which was really good. The staff is absolutely wonderful, they organised a motorbike taxi to see all of the sights for me.

I stayed in the dorm but there were no sheets on the blankets / pillows which kind of threw me off

Staff were excellent - offered a map of tam coc with advice on where to visit, how accessible each location was by bicycle and motorbike and expected entry fees. Also helped me book a bus and when this proved to be a little tricky (buses were packed and possibly overbooked) they accompanied me to the bus station and helped ensure I got a place. I was also offered a welcome drink on arrival! A nice touch after a long bus. Delicious breakfast which you can enjoy whilst watching the row boats pass. Really great location - beautiful views and quiet, but only a couple of minutes walk from the nearby centre where there are plenty of bars and restaurants.

I liked everything, this accomodation is really nice, clean, great location next to the river, and the best part is the staff, they are really friendly, the receptionist was amazing, very attentive, she gave me a lot information about the tours or anything I need, also the breakfast was very delicious. Thank you so much!!! I recommend this hotel 100%

Staff is super friendly and helpful: even though not all of them know English well, they always make sure you get what you need/want & they go the extra mile to make sure you're comfortable. Amazing breakfast. Good bicycles for hire. Nice quiet location a short walk from the main restaurant area.

No power sockets near (top) bunks. Dorm bathroom okay but getting the water to run properly was a bit of a hassle- not sure if it's like that for all of them (and apparently not all dorms have their own bathroom). Dorm room was a bit humid, might've been because of the weather.

Really good location. On the river. Watching the boats pass and the beautiful karst surrounding us. Room was quint and clean. Bicycles for free. In a quiet but pleasant area. Great pool and relaxing area. So much potential!!

Served breakfast but not dinner. Was serving lunch to your groups-little annoying that you can’t have dinner at your own place as it’s such a beautiful place.

Everything about this place is perfect. The clean pool, delicious food/drinks and gorgeous views. LOVED staying here so much stayed for 2 weeks. The family was extremely welcoming and ensured I had everything I needed.
