We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this homestay! The family was incredibly kind and accommodating, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. They went out of their way to assist with all our requests, and even provided heaters when the weather turned chilly. The accommodation was spotless and well presented, offering a very charming atmosphere. We really liked sitting on the terrace, overlooking the river, where we enjoyed watching local people gathering watercress—such a unique experience! We highly recommend this homestay.

Beautiful grounds in a rural setting. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The hosts were kind and helpful.

There was no hot water on our second day. Guests should be aware that this location is not quiet as other reviewers state. The hotel is on a busy street with cars and motorbikes honking their horns as they approach the intersection. There are roosters crowing early in the morning next door, and at 5:30 am every morning the local news and announcements are broadcast on loudspeakers throughout the village, lasting about 30 minutes. This is loud, you cannot sleep through it. These announcements also happen in the early evening, around 5 or 6 pm. Of course this is not the hotel's fault, but it is quite annoying for guests.

Lovely location right by the lake. Small guesthouse so not many other guests, which made it very calm and peaceful. Free bikes to borrow was a big plus. The pool was always clean and perfect to cool off after a hot day out. We really liked this part of Ninh Binh as it's far less touristy than Tam Coc

a couple of cockroaches showed up in our room, but I think that's part of the territory when you're out in nature.

We loved our stay here!! The people are so friendly, the rooms and the public areas are just beautiful and we felt so comfortable here. You have an amazing view of the river and it is so quiet and relaxing in Trang An. I would definitely stay here again. Besides this, the food in the restaurant was excellent. It is probably the best food in town and the prices were great as well. We could also rent bikes for free and if we wanted we could also rent motorbikes with them. They really went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

The only thing that was not perfect was the internet in the rooms. For normal usage it is fine, but for video meetings it was just not stable enough. But this should not affect a lot of people 😊

This was the best stay we had in Vietnam so far. The lady that runs the place is truly kind and wants to provide you with the best service possible. I'm posting some photos of the food as there weren't that many in the reviews. The food is really tasty and she always offers a dessert at dinner! Breakfast was amazing with a lot of options for you to choose (e.g. pho, pancakes, toasts with eggs and bacon, yogurt and fruits, and more) We also rented a bike (120k) and asked her for laundry(40k/kg). The clothes came out smelling so so nice and we're so fluffy. Totally recommend this place!

We loved our stay here, so we extended one extra night! The family that runs it is amazing. The rooms are clean and spacious, the views are amazing, it’s a good location, they have free bicycles, and the food is cheap and yum (and free breakfast!). It’s a shame it was too cold to use the pool 💔 it will be gorgeous in summer.

The only negative is that I found a hair in my noodles on the first day and we saw a rat by the pool too.

Super friendly, helpful and kind family run business! We had a lovely room in a wonderful spot by the river with restaurants nearby. It's also an ideal location to cycle to surrounding points of interest and areas (e.g. Trang An Boat Tour, Mua Caves, Tam Coc). We much preferred the vibe of Trang An. They helped us stay another night at short notice and arrange onward travel for us when our bus We booked online cancelled. The food and cocktails here were also fantastic and great value! We ate dinner here on our first and final night here during our stay. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here!

Absolutely lush place! Beautiful views all round very comfortable room and private bathroom exactly as described. Really loved our stay here it was so peaceful and so beautiful. They also had free bikes for you to use and most attractions are a really really short distance away so location is great. The staff are also really lovely and were great hosts, they even helped booked transfers for us door to door. Would 100% recommend staying here we'd come back in a heartbeat!

The whole experience at Valle Montana was fantastic. The Homestay located in a prime location that is close to all the major attractions in Ninh Binh, in addition; the Homestay is surrounded with all convenient stores. The room is new, super clean and well equipped. The owners speak good English, super friendly and supportive for any request.

This property was absolutely amazing! Rooms are stunning, pool is beautiful, and the family who runs this home stay is so so nice and welcoming. And a cute puppy is another plus!! Would recommend to anyone and i will definitely be back to stay again 🙏🏼
