Such a lovely family running a very clean, comfortable homestay in a really great location in a quiet village near trang an (but still with restaurants). All the family went out of their way to be welcoming and helpful and didn't get annoyed when we checked in at 5am, kept our bags safe while we borrowed a scooter to go to cuc phuong overnight and even gave us water and bananas for the journey. Also the food was the cheapest around and very tasty and fresh!

That it was raining too much so we didn't get to enjoy their great views from the roof properly!

The location is good, in between the main sites. The food is good and at competitive prices. Mr Bao helped us to organise transportation to Halong bay. He also was really nice at giving us water and bananas for the bus. We arrived at 4 am from Hue and he let us to stay in the living room until morning (however the living room is cold and uncomfortable so don't expect to sleep much). The view from the room was really nice (metal bars aside)

The room was small so it was difficult to set the luggage. They played loud Vietnamese music in the TV since very early in the morning until late at night. That, plus a caged bird that sings beautiful, but really loud and constantly, forced us to use earplugs (besides having to restrain ourselves to release from the cage the beautiful bird) The rented motorbikes served their purpose but are old and both had something broken (mirror and speedometer).

Location: It's located near the tourist spots and is very convenient to travel around. Food: We had both dinner and breakfast during the stay and everything we ordered was delicious. Owners: The owner and his family members were so kind and made sure our needs were met. Facilities: They provided almost all facilities to make our travel smooth. Hope it had been a little pocket friendly.

Room: We booked a room with a mountain view But got a room with a single window with a view of a neighbouring house. When we asked the owner he said the 1st room is with the view and the rest is like our place. But they priced everything the same. The bathroom taps and doors were rusty with no locks and the room was a little cramped up for 2 people.

I love this place. Very affordable for what you get. All family is super friendly and caring and made sure we don’t run out of toilet paper ,water and clean towels. We extended our stay twice in this place. Also breakfast is delicious and free coffee. THE WINNER IS THE VIEW AND LOCATION! So peaceful with postcard worth views everywhere . Thank you so much.

The view from the restaurant/terrace to have breakfast/lunch/dinner is unique. You can spot Mua Caves, a beautiful valley, rice fields, Ninh Binh city. Perfect spot to watch a sunset. The family owning and running the place is very friendly. They helped us with information of turistic places by providing us with a map. They assisted us booking our bus to Phong Nha, they allowed us to shower before taking it and they gave us some water bottles and bananas for the trip :)

The size of the room. We booked the standard double room and it’s small. Not much space to move or open your backpack. Our room didn’t have power kettle, fridge neither desk and table despite the property description was saying they were provided in every room. That’s not true in the double standard rooms, you’ll have them in the deluxe double room. Also this second ones have a more open view due to having more windows.

Quiet place, close to the main view point, 5/10 minutes by bike. Local restaurants and little markets 5 to 10 minutes walking. They serve nice food if you do not look to go out. Very nice breakfast.

You need to rent a motorbike or bike to reach another tourist attraction but that was not a problem at all. There was no kettle in the room as described but that is ok.

All meals consumed on the property were delicious and fulfilling. Room was cozy & comfortable and WiFi connection was strong. Woke up with an amazing view of the mountains covered with mist. Owners connected me with a private driver to take me to my excursions. Negotiate a price with the driver personally to avoid confusion. Read in another posted review about the departing care package with bananas & water bottle. I received one too! 😁

The location is perfect for exploring Hang Mua area. They have bikes for rent, but we opted to walk to Trang An and Tam Coc, which both are a couple of kilometers from there. Good and cheap vegetarian options in the menu. The included breakfast was big, with a couple of items to choose from. They organized a minibus for us to our next destination, and even gave us water and some bananas for the trip :) very good place for the price, and the family is friendly & helpful.

The room (bungalow) got quite wet because the weather was rainy for many days in the row.

First we were in a bungalow, nice and confortable but no views. Then we went upstairs to another smaller room with views when it's the rice season. Both beds were confortable but the one upstairs was so small. Breakfast is really good, you can choose pancake, eggs, soup... With tea or coffee and bananas. They give you water. Very nice area to cicle around, so close to Mua caves. Very nice the man but seriously vietnamese people really need to learn English when they work in a touristic place.

The lack of English. The prices for scooter and bicycle renting are more expensive than outside, I was there 4 nights and he didn't want to low the price for 4 days renting. Also the scooter we got was so bad, the arrow for the petrol didn't work and we ran out of gas twice. Also the light didn't work properly and at night we had to put the lights of our phones. WiFi was not good, in the bungalow sometimes went off, but upstairs didn't work at all in our room. We found the menu food a bit pricy and not good taste, I had noodles with beef and it was not possible to eat that beef, was chewy and hard. And crispy rice with tofu soup with no flavor. And pancakes are not very sweet.

The staff (lady) was kind and friendly, the location was great, a little bit off town but just 10-15 minutes away by bike. Major are attractions are nearby.

The room did not match how it looked on Booking, not as good.
