We had a wonderful stay at this homestay! The room was spacious and very comfortable, and the pool was large and perfect for relaxing. The location is great just a short walk from Tam Coc. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They arranged activities and drivers for a fair price and shared great local tips. On our departure day, we left in the evening, they let us use a separate bathroom to shower, provided fresh towels, and didn’t mind that we went for another swim — they even gave us new towels again! The breakfast was delicious, the atmosphere was very welcoming, and overall, the hospitality was outstanding. Highly recommended!

The swimming pool is amazing with huge limestone karsts s as a backdrop and surrounded by grapefruit, jackfruit and papaya trees! The location is fantastic, just a beautiful 10 minute walk through the paddy fields from all the restaurants, shops, massage salons and Tam Coc lake/boat station. The owner Linda and her sister Lisa looked after our every need, helping us book day trips, found bikes for us and our young children, arranged a taxi driver for our day trip to Bai Dinh Pagoda/Hang Mua, gave us a lift to get our bus out of Ninh Binh and gave us water and snacks for the journey. They treated us like we were part of their family and it was lovely to get to know them . Highly recommend for solo travelers, couples or families alike.

Top Tier staff, the both sister where utterly incredible at making us feel welcome and valued, breakfast was filling and good with a variety of options, big very big and spacious which made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable, very calm and peaceful vibe that I would definitely recommend to family and couples will definitely be coming back

Literally only negative is that without bikes the walk into tam co could be long only 5-10 minutes however the walk can be dark and unpleasant, but renting bikes is super easy and can be done though the hotel not at all a negative big enough to override not coming here

Lisa and Linda are the most caring and kind hosts we have met! They are so incredibly lovely. The room and bathroom was spotless and lovely, most comfortable (soft) bed we have had yet in Vietnam. Location is a beautiful 10 min stroll to town, set between beautiful rice paddies and stunning karsts. It's so quiet! The pool is amazing! Brand new bikes were the best we've ridden! Breakfast is fresh and delicious with a good variety to choose from and they made a delicious dinner! We cannot fault this place, it's somewhere we highly recommend and would definitely stay again ❤️❤️

Gorgeous homestay, 5 minutes walk to the centre of Cat Ba. It is run by the most friendly ladies Linda and Lisa who were just so helpful. We were there for 3 days and Linda wrote out a fabulous itinerary for us which was a great help. They had bikes which were reasonably priced so we hired for a couple of days and explored the area. Breakfast was fabulous and cooked to order every day. Room was a good size and clean. Price was Amazing. When we checked out we were given a little packed lunch which was such a nice touch.

We had the most wonderful stay at Eco Field Nest. This family run accommodation is set right against the stunning lime stone outcrops. It is very quiet and away from the bustle of the town yet conveniently only 5 min walk through fields to restaurants, boat trip etc. Linda and Lisa were very helpful and the accommodation was super comfortable and the pool was amazing. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the family went out of their way to make us feel at home. They even packed a lunch bag for our bus trip when we had to leave.

We were warmly welcomed by Le An and her family, and shown to our spacious bungalow with views of the pool. Really appreciated the fresh mango juice and pastries that she brought over to our room after our long trip from Ha Long. The room had a pretty canopy bed with a seating area, a small refrigerator, kettle and bottles of water. The bathroom had a large walk in shower with plenty of hot water, and nice, soft towels. Our bed was comfortable, a bit on the firmer side, but common in SE Asia, with really good pillows and clean, soft sheets. The breakfast area had amazing views of the rice fields, which we enjoyed sitting at every morning while eating the best banana pancakes weve had during our trip in Vietnam. There were other choices such as cooked to order eggs, yogurt, fresh fruit and juices, good coffee and tea. We took advantage of the free bicycles to ride over to Hang Mua caves, a nice, easy ride there and back. Tam Coc boats are also within walking distance; and one of the evenings we took an inexpensive Grab car over to Hoa Lu ancient Town, which had such beautiful views of the lake and pagodas. For dinner, highly recommend the roasted duck at Chef Hien restaurant, it was delicious! We really enjoyed our time at Tam Coc Eco Field, the family was wonderful and attentive to our every need, only wished we could've stayed longer

Good location. About 10 mins walk to the centre of town . There are free bikes you can use at the place and grabs are easy to book, if you don't want to walk. It is so much quieter and more peaceful than being in town. Rooms are basic but spacious and comfortable. The bathroom has a separate shower. Good size pool with plenty of sunbeds. Unfortunately we didn't as the weather wasn't good. Breakfast was very good, choice of eggs, served at your table. We left early on our last day and they wrapped up fruit etc for us to take with us. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Gave us lots of info on the area. Really good stay. DID'NT LIKE. Don't have your laundry done here. Charged for double the weight we left to be washed.. It came back damp, hadn't been folded and was very creased. Some tshirts had stains on them that hadn't been there originally. We had to have things rewashed.

The BEST hotel on our trip to Vietnam. The service was excellent and so warm and friendly. Special thanks to Lisa and to the owner, Linda, who gave us personal attention and really made us feel at home. What impressed us most was how genuine they were: they cared about us and our experience, not about trying to sell us more tours or extras like in other Tam Coc hotels. It was pure hospitality, and we loved every moment. Highly recommend!

Family is very kind and can help you with all the questions you have. The location is perfect. In the middle of the rice fields and between the limestones. And only a short distance from Tam Coc Centre.
