We were warmly welcomed by Le An and her family, and shown to our spacious bungalow with views of the pool. Really appreciated the fresh mango juice and pastries that she brought over to our room after our long trip from Ha Long. The room had a pretty canopy bed with a seating area, a small refrigerator, kettle and bottles of water. The bathroom had a large walk in shower with plenty of hot water, and nice, soft towels. Our bed was comfortable, a bit on the firmer side, but common in SE Asia, with really good pillows and clean, soft sheets. The breakfast area had amazing views of the rice fields, which we enjoyed sitting at every morning while eating the best banana pancakes weve had during our trip in Vietnam. There were other choices such as cooked to order eggs, yogurt, fresh fruit and juices, good coffee and tea. We took advantage of the free bicycles to ride over to Hang Mua caves, a nice, easy ride there and back. Tam Coc boats are also within walking distance; and one of the evenings we took an inexpensive Grab car over to Hoa Lu ancient Town, which had such beautiful views of the lake and pagodas. For dinner, highly recommend the roasted duck at Chef Hien restaurant, it was delicious! We really enjoyed our time at Tam Coc Eco Field, the family was wonderful and attentive to our every need, only wished we could've stayed longer

Good location. About 10 mins walk to the centre of town . There are free bikes you can use at the place and grabs are easy to book, if you don't want to walk. It is so much quieter and more peaceful than being in town. Rooms are basic but spacious and comfortable. The bathroom has a separate shower. Good size pool with plenty of sunbeds. Unfortunately we didn't as the weather wasn't good. Breakfast was very good, choice of eggs, served at your table. We left early on our last day and they wrapped up fruit etc for us to take with us. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Gave us lots of info on the area. Really good stay. DID'NT LIKE. Don't have your laundry done here. Charged for double the weight we left to be washed.. It came back damp, hadn't been folded and was very creased. Some tshirts had stains on them that hadn't been there originally. We had to have things rewashed.

Family is very kind and can help you with all the questions you have. The location is perfect. In the middle of the rice fields and between the limestones. And only a short distance from Tam Coc Centre.

Great location, quiet and peaceful, yet very close to the centre of Tam Coc (10 min walk). Beautiful and clean rooms, with great view on the pool and the surrounding mountains. Very comfortable and big bed. Very kind and helpful host. She also arranged a taxi to the trainstation for us. Good breakfast (including fresh juice). Motorcycle and bicycle rent available. The bathroom has a sliding door between the shower and the rest of the bathroom, so the bathroom stays dry when you take a shower (I think that is a very rare thing in SE Asia). Great stay, would definitely recommend!

This is a fantastic place to stay and comes highly recommended! The owners are lovely and welcoming. The property is spotless, with a lovely freshwater pool that’s perfect for relaxing. Breakfasts were great, and included the owner’s delicious homemade pineapple jam. Its location is ideal, just a short walk to Tam Coc, where there are plenty of great restaurants – Thai Beo was our favorite. The bed was very comfortable, and the peaceful environment made it easy to relax. It was super to have the use of the bicycles to explore this most beautiful part of Tam Coc. We ended up extending our stay to five days and could have happily stayed longer.

Great location, beautiful pool with a view. Glad to stay in a family hotel. Its an affordable option in a great location and scenary. The only reason I give 8 instead of a higher score is because in two nights and one morning (starting at 5:30AM) a big group of guests has made a lot of noise for hours. So 2 out of 4 nights we haven't slept well. To avoid it in the future, I suggest the hotel staff to request to the guests to respect quiet hours. They also lend great bikes for free and are able to help you with transfer and tours.

Such a lovely place to stay! The bungalows were clean & spacious. You had everything you needed in the room (minus a fridge but you could keep stuff at reception so no issue there). The shower was good & the bed was comfy with a mosquito net. The lady on reception was very kind and helpful, we booked a tour with her and also hired bikes for the day which I would recommend to explore Ninh Binh. Our rooms were cleaned daily without having to ask. It is about a 10+ minute walk to the main area with restaurants so not far.

Great place in a great tranquil location tucked away from the busy centre, but only 2 mins ride to centre. Located between rice fields and mountains, this place offers amazing views. Nice simple clean rooms with bug net, cool aircon hot shower simple but functional. Bed was comfortable. The host was nice and bubbly, she did lovely breakfast, very filling , helped us wash some clothes. Swimming pool was our favourite place to chill after a long day tour around in hot weather. Motor bike hire options.

You had to pay for push bike rental, other places offer this for free. Didn’t matter as we opted for motor bike

Stunning location, The pool is really big, it was lovely to cool off right In front of limestone cliffs. Just 10mins walk into Tam Coc. Bikes available to rent for fair price. Well located to explore the Ninh Binh area on Bikes. Staff were really nice and let us check in very early after a night bus. It was my boyfriend’s birthday so she got balloons and helped me source a cake!

Reception area often unattended so it was hard to ask questions/pay for drinks from fridge etc. It would be good to have some free water in the room upon arrival.
