The staff were all so nice, even letting us check in at 7am after a long night bus for no extra charge!! Free bicycles were so handy, and we also rented a bike one day too which was very handy. Rooms could use an update - but we didn’t mind as it added to the charm.

We had a mix of buffet breakfast and breakfast we ordered from the menu - ordering from the menu was so so much better! We would’ve much preferred to just order from the menu every morning as it was much better than the buffet.

Staff is amazing, thank you for making everything good for us. Good food We were immerse in the culture as staff did not speak English! It was interesting and every single person does their the best to make you confortable and communicate. We were the only foreign guests

Swimming pool zone requires maintenance. Where the bar was located was not clean and had garbage in there. Staff does not speak English, we used translator on the phone. Sometimes was frustrating but we felt like we were in the middle of nowhere and immersed in Vietnamese culture.

Breakfast was good. We didn't have lunch or dinner as there seemed to be no-one eating in the dining room in the evenings & we were out during the day. The room was quiet and had excellent facilities, the bed was comfortable and everything was very clean.The location was quiet and near beautiful scenery. It was fantastic being able to borrow a free bike and ride around the rice paddies and villages.

There was no member of staff who seemed to be able to speak enough English to be able to ask questions or make arrangements, though everyone was very kind and tried to be as helpful as possible.

The staff were exceptional and helped us with everything we needed. A special thank you to the man who met us late at night when we arrived and cooked us some food. They provided us with an affordable scooter for the day too, and a kind bag of candy to travel onwards with. Everything was fantastic value for money. They even had some vegetarian food for the buffet.

It was a bit of a challenge for the taxi to find the place but we also chose this spot because of the cool rock face that the hotel in built beside. We couldn’t get the heater to work but I am sure the staff would’ve helped us if we had asked (it was too late and we didn’t want to disturb them).

Cozy guesthouse, with very scenic and peaceful surroundings. They had plenty of free bikes, the highlight of our trip was just cycling around directly from the hotel. Rooms are basic but comfy enough. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good.

The rooms have baths, but the boiler isn't big enough to actually fill a bath - it runs out of hot water very quickly. The extra money for a "mountain view" isn't worth it - it's just a cliff 1 meter from the window. A few things broke on us including the scooter we rented, but the staff got things fixed for us quickly

In a dream location just outside Ninh Binh (Trang An area) you'll find this oasis of peace perfect to spend a relaxing moment between busy cities and the typical traffic of Hanoi. The staff is impeccable, very helpful, and you can even enjoy a sweet swimming pool. The room was enormous by European standards, and the beds incredibly comfortable. We also had the opportunity to try their massage service (provided by Nghia and Phi) and it was excellent!

As said we had the perfect time there, the only thing I'd probably try to improve is their breakfast: you can pick between 5 or 6 different plates as a meal (local and international), which is fine, but only between three choices of drink (the, black coffee and coffee with milk), which c could be expanded.

Staff were fantastic. Any questions, problems sorted as quick as possible. Very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Room large. Liked the location despite being remote.

Breakfast is very limited compared to other places. Staff did their best with what they had. Electric sockets in room, loose and appear dangerous. Laundry service returns clothes not completely dry. They don't have credit card facility even though guarantee booking via one.
