The owners of this hotel are absolutely wonderful – incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help. From the moment we arrived until the very last moment of our stay, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The hotel itself is cozy, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring Ninh Binh (the hotel is near the beautiful riverside, with plenty of restaurants) and its beautiful surroundings. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the cleaning service is truly top-notch. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm and hassle-free stay while discovering the region. We spent two nights at the Diamond Hotel and we were completely satisfied with it. The room was spacious and clean and they even made our room after the first night. We were welcomed at the reception and even though the woman at the reception did not speak English it was very easy to communicate with her since she was super organised with Google Translate and informational papers. We rented a motorbike for 2 days with them (150k a day) and they also helped us organise a transport to our next destination at a very reasonable price. They also gave us a farewell gift before leaving with some Nihn Bihn specialties. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Nihn Bihn.

Nice big room, clean and modern. The hotel staff didn't speak English but we got along using translate and they were very helpful. The location is good, right in the center of Nin Binh, on a quiet street. Lots of eateries nearby.

Nothing, for the money we payed it was more than adequate.

We only stayed one night and it was clean tidy and easy walking distance to the town, 15 minutes. It was great for the price and what we needed. People are very friendly and helpful at the hotel.

Some difficulties to communicate in english

Hotel is very central and near Hoa Lu ancient town. Many restaurants and very nice coffee shops are in the very short walk distance. We enjoy walking along the Ky Lan lake and visit pagodas in the island. Hotel makes sure we enjoy the simple but tasty breakfast and even gives us the local souvenirs 😀

100 m from Old town Hoa Lu and about 5 km from Trang An, Tâm Cốc etc. Clean rooms and super nice owner who could help with everything.
