Fresh and clean Lobby. Staff were amazing. Room was incredible , an amazing View aside from odd placement of beautiful bathtub 🛀. Breakfast buffet was varied and catered to many cultures , one of the best I’ve ever seen. Definitely a 5 Star Hotel.

I’m really digging here 😀We had dinner on 28 th floor. Incredible view from our outside table. Dinner was good but delivery was slow , food prepared on 3 rd floor. No thought on delivery and timing of dinner. We wanted Lamb and Beef served with Red Wine 🍷 a Common sense decision from kitchen staff . Cheese cake for dessert, it was delivered Frozen. Had to wait 20 minutes to eat . Not the server’s fault but Chef in charge of kitchen.

Shower pressure was not good, the blind in the bathrooms weren't very clean as there was build up of products, and black hair. Had asked twice for some birthday decorations upon arrival for our son, and told that this would be noted and done, however, this was not done leaving me having to go out to find decorations. Mini fridges in both parts of the room, 1 had a bad smell, and both barely kept any of our drinks/food cold. Hallways between the rooms and elevator had no air-conditioning running. We're not really told about what the hotel offers or what part of the beach had the sun loungers etc

We rented a room for a day, were very pleased. High floor, great view of the sea. There is a small balcony from where you can see both the sea and the mountains. We chose this room because of the bathroom. We wanted an open bathroom with a panoramic view. I was afraid that the photo on the website was taken with a wide lens and in reality there would be little space. In reality the room looks like in the photo, the room is not small, there is room to turn around. Clean, cozy, we really liked it. The staff is polite, friendly, there is a sauna, indoor pool. Excellent value for money. Thank you

Welcoming and helpful staff. Great rooms, with a fantastic sea view. Comfortable bed and mattress. Clean. Room cleaning service daily. Amazing breakfast with wide variety of food. Beach is 5 minute walk from the hotel. Supermarket just in front of the hotel. A bit far away from the main centre which was very good for us.

Hotel is close to a school, students woke us up at 7am with loud singing and assemblies.

Great price for a suite for my family of 4. Good view from the terraces, there are two. Super clean room service with fruits everyday. Comfortable bedding. Fantastic breakfast with many choices. Friendly staff.

no restaurants or grocery stores open nearby at late night. I walked for 20 minutes and found a grocery store, finally brought some instant ramen to feed my family.

Beautiful King room with comfortable bed and amazing view! We loved the breakfast and attentive staff. Reception was able to accommodate all our requests. Annova is a great hotel, which is centrally located, next door to a big shopping mall.

The swimming pool was very cold, so we didn’t get to try it. Instead we took a nice warm bath in our room. Also most amenities like sauna and rooftop are closed during the low season.
