Excellent hotel and I think it’s a bit underrated. My local friend didn’t really know this hotel as there are too many others well-known hotels around. I booked 2 nights stay and was really amazed how good, clean and accommodating this hotel gave. There are restaurants, gym, swimming pool, massage services available. What even surprised me more was this is a 4-stars hotel 😱 (honestly I didn’t know until I saw the 4 stars on room number. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. I came a bit early and they helped me to find an available spot to check-in early. If I ever return to Nha Trang, I will definitely check out this place again. I wished I could stay longer tho 🥹

The water drainage in the bathroom makes noise if I don’t close the toilet’s door. But it’s not a very big issue

I had some doubts at first and even tried to cancel my reservation but the hotel was very nice, with very spacious rooms and extremely spectacular sea and mountain views. Unforgivable moments in Nha Trang.

6 days - same breakfast (vietnamese). Nothing like continental or kind of european proposition.

Great location, yersin street is not busy so it is not noisy. The staff is very helpful. The swimming pool is good and decorated. The gymnasium needs to have the same attention as the swimming pool (decoration)

Some chinese customers are very noisy during breakfast. There are 3 independent lifts, and some customers call all of them at the same time by pressing the 3 buttons. Maybe see if there is a mechanism to sync these lifts to have only 1 arriving at the floor to save energy.

We really enjoyed our stay in a sea view room on the 14th floor. The room was large, airy, very clean with large comfortable beds. The motel is located close to the beach as well as shops, restaurants and bars which meant we could just walk to most things.

The room was good value but the motel is a bit dated. Perhaps it was once a 5 star hotel but it isn't anymore. The buffet breakfast could be improved.

The room is big and the views are nice. You get a lot for what you pay for.

It is a little outdated. Some information is not up to date anymore. For example in the elevator it is said that the gym is at a certain level and when you go there you will find offices. Not the biggest problem, but an update would improve it.

Big and fancy but just not my kinda place. But great location. Very comfortable bed. Very nice to be offered complimentary foot spa. Led to my getting a massage.

Big. I understand that it’s slow season so maybe they unplug things and put them away but I had a hard time finding and plugging in the fridge and locating kettle to boil water. Who likes warm drinks from the minibar?

Extensive breakfast buffet. Spa on-site. Courteous, knowledgeable staff. Room had a master control next to the bed for controlling all room lighting (pre-smart style), even for requesting maid/no maid service for that day. A block from the beach. Solid in-room safe with key. Our room had only one shared wall.

Room key-cards are well worn - our first one didn't work. Not sure if bathroom has ventilation fan.

Unsmiling reception staff. Breakfast waiting staff either over-efficient in removing unfinished items or eating food themselves while working.

Spacious room, good view, clean, efficient front desk, conveninient location. We werea ble to walk to from the train station and to the bus pickup for Dalat.

Breakfast is run poorly. It was not a buffet, which is not a problem, except service is slow. There was nothing vegetarian on the menu. Vegetarian noodles can be made, except one day it took 45 minutes, making us almost late for the bus.
