Just steps from a quiet, private beach, near shopping malls, the market, and about a 20-minute walk to the center. Daily housekeeping (and they did a great job, too) and above-average breakfast buffet with made-to-order eggs, several varieties of bread, lots of Asian and western choices. The staff really went out of their way to be helpful, above and beyond what was expected. Great value, and I would stay here again next time I'm in Nha Trang.

Nothing really. They get some large tour groups here and they can get a bit noisy, but if you make the staff aware, they'll quiet them right down.

The location. Accessible to many places including eateries and most importantly, the beach, basically just across the street. The bathtub is good with sea view.

(1) Very long waiting during the check-in. (2) Perhaps can improve the variety and taste of the breakfast items. (3) The drinking water bottles - look out for the different volumes (~350 ml vs. ~500 ml?) (same brand and packing) -- the smaller ones were complementary while the bigger (slightly) ones were not. You probably won't be able to tell the difference and just consumed all... (not really expensive, but kind of tricky...)

The friendly and helpful staff made this hotel stay very enjoyable. They always greeted you with a smile. The room was very clean with an outstanding view. We chose this place as it was less high rise than some other hotels. It was in the slightly quieter end of town. We enjoyed the complimentary sun-beds on the beach. The foot massage in the spa was very relaxing. Thank you to all staff.

We liked everything but some written instructions on how to use the safety deposit box would be very helpful.

The breakfast was very good; and egg station, a noodle station, and a fresh hotcakes station. Once very crowded, this is school holidays after all, but staff coped well, in fact clearing my plates so my place was snaffled by others. Everything in abundance. The pool was clean and cool, with depths for all ages and two spa pools for lounging. Plenty of towels. A terrifying amount of equipment in the gym. The receptionist was brilliant and very helpful with directions and guidance.

Most of the readily accessible plugs were fried. The safe was slow and clunky with confusing english instructions; at my request it was replaced. Still clunky but a little more responsive, and useable. The Director of sales and Marketing was perturbed by my filling out the Jovia review on this laptop while surrounded by daily notebook and travel journeys., beside the pool. I think I reassured him that my internet influnce was negligible.

Lovely big rooms and we got upgraded to a balcony with sea view . Good free aircon and wifi, also kettle, tea, coffee and fridge with free water every day. Lovely pool with just a few sunbeds but hardly anyone used the pool so we always got a bed . Private beach area about 300 m away again with a few sunbeds and never a problem getting one. Pool and beach towels provided. Reception staff members were amazing so friendly and helpful . One girl especially ( think her name was Phoung) was just delightful. The breakfast was wonderful bacon egg and lots of Asian options too. Nice lobby area and dining room . The price was amazing for a hotel of this standard .

The hotel looks tired some stains on bedroom carpet ,safe didn't work and the electrical sockets are wonky. Bathroom has a deep bath with a shower above, not easy to get in and out of safely and by bad design the floor always got wet. Breakfast items were not replenished when an item was finished that was it . Housekeeping was erratic and I had to ask for toilet paper several times as they never left a spare . Location is away from the main entertainment area but taxis are super cheap especially if you use the GRAB app. Hotel could do with a refurbishment but then the prices would go up

We extended our stay for many reasons. Phu'ong the receptionist was outstanding, always ready to help and make sure we were happy with everything. She made us feel like very valued guests. Our Junior room with balcony and sea view was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The pool area was lovely quiet and very clean with a pool big enough for a proper swim. Breakfast buffet was mostly Asian, but very fresh and lots of choice. Also thanks to Sang at the beach area who retrieved a phone we left and returned it to us. Excellent value for money with a Booking.com upgrade. Also the foot massage for 1 hour was well worth it. Situated at the North end the hotel enjoys a quieter environment yet is still close to shops and restaurants.

We loved everything here. We give high compliments to Phoung the front office manager, Phuong Kim the guest relations officer and the driver Mr. Loi who picked us up at the airport. They all were ready so kind and helpful. The front desk booked a fabulous mud bath, told us good places to eat, showed us where the bank is, showed us how to get to beach, arranged driver to pick us up and when we left and even phoned around for me to purchase a straight iron for my hair! They went beyond their duty to help us. And they always greeted us with smiles! Compliments to the cooks and servers for breakfast! Big shout out to the amazing omelet cook! Top notch breakfast that was an amazing presentation and a variety of delicious food! Compliments to the cleaning staff that cleaned our rooms so immaculate! We can’t say enough high regards for the TTC. We are already planning to return in 2025! Thanks to all! It was amazing!!

The staff are always kind and helpful. Thanks to the driver who picked us up at the airport. That is always a relief for us when we arrive at a new place. Hats off to Phoung the manager as she is always smiling and helps us with all questions. She arranged our tour of mud bath and arranged a driver for our next destination. The breakfasts are delicious, beds comfortable , room always clean, clothes washed and hung up, beach nice. We will return! Thank you!

My heartfelt thanks to Phuong, the FOM, and to Kim, the GRO … they simply could not have been more helpful and delightful to all of us. Everything was just as promised, the king size bed super comfortable … we both slept so well … the view amazing, the breakfast super tasty and a lovely buffet selection. Surrounding the property is a most amazing beach (with private hotel section with umbrellas, beds and towels) and a few minutes walk from the huge open air markets (fascinating, cheap and tasty) as well as countless restaurants … our absolute favourite was Ot Hiem , just ten minutes walk away , where every dish was gourmet and beautifully presented and the feasts we had each night only cost between £7 and £9 per head including drinks (and we really ate a lot). The rooms are spotlessly clean and smell fresh, universal sockets are everywhere … this hotel will not disappoint you 😉👍

Lovely reception ladies which were genuinely friendly and helpful. The room was so spacious with 2 toilets even! Great view of half city and half beach, with mountains in the background (deluxe partial sea view King room) separate lounge type area. Quiet rooms, nice location very close to the beach. Several good restaurants, coffee shops and mini marts close by. Cheap taxi ride to downtown shopping area. Pool lovely and clean, cool and private.

Carpet in room in need of a deep clean or upgrading...but as we don't sleep on the carpet then it's not a deal breaker. Breakfast choices a bit strange for westerners perhaps. Some nice pastries might help and change the jams after a few days, some more fruit and better quality. A lot of the light globes were dead in the room.
