Location, superbly comfortable bed, spacious rooms. Brash style. Decent pool 12 crawl strokes long, can be cold when cloudy, cool rooftop area where you can eat a grab. Gym OK.

A good vegan option at breakfast is needed.

. **A Perfect Stay** A beautiful hotel with warm and attentive staff. We stayed in a **Deluxe City View Double** room with a bathtub and a stunning view of the city. Spacious and bright, it featured a large corner bay window with curtains for optimal comfort. The soundproof windows ensured a peaceful atmosphere, and one could be opened to enjoy the fresh morning air. The air conditioning was gentle and efficient, providing ideal comfort. The bedding and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, guaranteeing restful nights. The **breakfast**, varied and made with quality products, changed daily. Finally, we loved the natural light , the tasteful decor, and the elegant furniture, not to mention the large bathroom with its bathtub, which made our stay truly enjoyable.

The hotel is conveniently situated and features an aesthetically pleasing interior with remarkable architectural height. The staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism and provided invaluable assistance in addressing our inquiries, arranging transportation, and ensuring an overall high-quality stay. Big Kudos for the two legends Anh and Trinh. Give these people a raise! The reason for my rating is because there is always space for improvement.

We had to change rooms on our second day as the hotel was fully booked but the staff made sure it was seamless transition.

Hotel staff, location. Minh with Anh, Trinh and all other reception staff go beyond and above to assist guests, amazing job. Everything is great. Some focus on maintaining the facilities will make this hotel experience best in Nha Trang.

So the Front Desk and Security Staff were super friendly (Minh, Ly, Hieu and security guard), took good care of your motorbike, and the service was good with nice communication. I want to share that it'd be a good idea for the hotel management team to create name tags for the staff. That way, it's easier to know who's who and maybe even adds a bit more personal touch to the service.

So for breakfast, it wasn't really your thing cuz there weren't enough main food options for you. But it cool with it knowing what I'm paying for. Overall, the experience was good. A fantastic hotel near the beach with incredibly kind and helpful staff—special thanks to Ly and Minh for making our stay extra memorable. We stayed in the penthouse, which was incredibly spacious with stunning views. It had plenty of storage space and even a playroom for kids, making it perfect for families. Breakfast was delicious, offering a traditional Vietnamese spread with pho, eggs, noodles, cold cuts, and bánh mì—simple yet satisfying. Highly recommended for a relaxing and family-friendly stay!

Breakfast was tasty but the same every day. Unfortunately, the spa and sauna were closed during our stay, which was a bit of a letdown.

We stayed here twice under two separate bookings as we decided to rent a room for the day before our night train at 23.30. We still had to pay the full room price, but it was so cheap we didn't mind and we appreciated that the staff were able to help with this, so that we didn't have to spend 12 hours bouncing between cafes.The first room which we booked in advance was very spacious, had a great view, and was clean ane comfortable. The beds were very comfy and the AC worked incredibly well, and would keep the room cool even when switched off for a few hours. There is a rooftop pool which we had to ourselves when we used it. There is also a spa and gym but these appeared to be closed. There was a very useful booklet of information including local attractions in the room. Very good value for money on both rooms given the area, which was not quite central, but close enough to walk to the beach and some restaurants, with other places and the train station being a short Grab away.

The second room which we booked through the hotel desk for the following day was not as nice, but we did not sleep here and only used it for the day. It was quite damp and humid as there were no windows, and the bathroom had not been fully cleaned with some dirt and hairs in the bath and on the floor. The room manual states that the restaurant is open for breakfast until 10.00, but when we arrived at 9.20 we were allowed to sit, only to be politely asked 10 minutes later to finish up and leave as it actually closes at 9.30. There was a lack of vegetarian options on offer too, but it was free. The ashtrays in the corridors were always dirty and unsightly. Despite these negatives, given the cheap price, decent location, and helpfulness of the staff, we would still recommend this hotel
