The location was good, near to the beach and close to restaurants and shops area. A good vegetarian restaurant was around the corner. Staff were nice and helpful. Room was a good size and comfortable. All toiletries were provided. Swimming pool was a good size.

The wifi was not good in the room. It would constantly disappear. It only worked ok if you stood by the door. It was fine in the corridor, but I was not going to stand in the corridor. I was also a little confused to receive an email from the hotel one day before departure asking me to provide a 10 review on Booking.Com. As there were little things that can be improved, it is not ready for a 10 grade review eg... the pool bar was not open. There were no pool towels. There was no service regarding help with luggage up/down the stairs to/from the taxi.

Very central to the centre and easy to get around. Very comfortable beds. Rooms are very nice.

Breakfast was very limited for Westerners. We could have done with some banana's or regular toast as a bare minimum. No hot water in the shower.

Very nice hotel. Super friendly staff. They provided me a room early morning before my room will be available and confirmed late check out for free because of my birthday. Rooms are big and clean with city and sea view wich has omfortable bed.

The swimming pool was dirty and they planed to clean it already after my check out date. So I couldn't enjoy the pool( Dispite this I already booked the hotel again for my next trip because everethig other is good. So hope the pool will be clean at that time and I will give 10 stars for this hotel this time)

Walking distance from the beach this hotel has it towns characteristics. We stayed for over 2 nights in this cozy hotel but exceptional guest experience. The only reason why is not a 5 star is due to unavailable facilities to meet 5 stars standards, from room standard, breakfast... and service from all staff brings us happiness. The staff are genuinely friendly and very helpful. They enhanced my stay experience during NHa TRang city with caring of every single details which typically you will only find on 5 star hotels standards. Loved the breakfast, cleanliness and rooftop swimming pool on 12nd floors. Great location in central of city near the beach Great value for stay for 4star standard in middle of Vietnam Highly recommend this hotel

An excellent hotel made even better by its staff. Staff could't have been more helpful and nothing was too much for them, even running to the pharmacy together us to translate when my wife was sick. The room and bathroom was very comfortable. The swimming pool has got great city view, large and looking forward to the sea view. Thanks for all staff, of noted was one of the manager who was amazing and so profesional. We were greeted warmly at every turn. Such a great spot in the city center too. Everything is within a short walk. Overall we found this hotel good value for money. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were so pleased we chose this hotel in Nha Trang.

I have stayed at Sao Viet Hotel, some 4 hotel in Nha Trang city and desided to try reservation this time. We check in a few day ago and I must admit the hotel room very new, clean. Front desk and everyone in the hotel very helpful and friendly. The room was beautiful, clean and well stocked although they only service the room at check-out but the maid happily provided me 2 extra towels when I asked. Breakfast in their restaurant was perfect and they would make you a coffee any time day or night. Also the location in the heart of Nha Trang city was wonderful. Thanks for all service served to me and friends. I highly recommend the Sao Viet Hotel to all travellers for business or pleasure, as ion my case.

Real gem hotel standard 4 star in Nha Trang. Our rooms are beautiful presented with bed was so, so comfortable. I can see sea view stand on balcony. It was best night's sleep ever. The front desk staff we're extremely friendly, helpful. The included breakfast was a standout, both western and Vietnamese food. The both are amazing. Very well located center of city and very close to the beach, Most of all, it is a peaceful oasis in the bustling city and one of great 4 star hotel near front of near the sea.

Nothing dislike

I stayed for 1 night but hotel location right at the central of city, easy to walking to many attractions by walk. Room were very clean, quiet and comfortable, big window forward to city view Big hotel, good style, nice swimming pool on top floor and the GYM is plus for service. The concierge staff is very good about arranging transportation or any other needs you have. Overal good stay at this hotel in Nha Trang city

Only a few blocks back from the seafront. Quick transfer to the railway station.

Not much in the immediate vicinity. The bar in front of the hotel was reasonable but the BBQ restaurant was expensive.
