D’Qua Hotel was fantastic. The staff where extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was very big with 2 bathrooms and plenty of space. Great view from the balcony. Breakfast was fantastic and very yummy. The staff at the spa where great also with complementary 40% off. The hotel also gave us use of sun lounges on the beach and towels to borrow for our snorkeling trip. They looked after our bags and passports after check out so we could continue to explore the city. Special shout out to Boa on the front desk who went out of his way to make our stay extra special. He is an asset to the hotel and the friendliest and most accommodating staff we have encountered in Vietnam.

Pool deck needs updating and location was slightly out of the main tourist areas.

I like everything about this hotel and the hotel's staffs. Hotel reception; Mrs.Thu, Hoa and Linh, was supportive, helpful and politely. They was trying their best to provide us best local restaurants, the city tours, convenience shop and also solved customers personal issues during stay. The buffet breakfast was delicious, the overall hotel and rooms was so clean and beautiful, room services at best. Additional, the massage was also worthy as a new service. Mrs. Mien and her staffs was so amazing that solved my back and neck pain. My body was slowly recovering after 2 years. Best experience ever ! Enjoy to the fun the fullest !

Nothing to complain !! Best Hotel ever !

The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. The property provides a play room, gym and rooftop pool. The staff were helpful and friendly. Our stay also included a breakfast buffet. Location is ok (not much around but can get anywhere quickly by taxi)

The water temperature in the room shifts quickly between cold and boiling hot , which was not suitable for our two little kids. Also, the water temperature gets cold 1/3 into filling the bathtub. The bathtub design (and no shower curtain) makes the bathroom flood when taking a shower. The breakfast buffet was fine, but after 3 days with not much change in the variety we opted to just eat outside a couple of times. The playroom, gym and rooftop pool are a bit outdated; especially the playroom needs some deep clean and maintenance.

Was very spacious and very comfortable bed! Having 2 pillows each is always luxurious. Staff were very accommodating and was an all round very good stay.

I paid for a deluxe sea view room and unfortunately the room wasn’t with a sea view as described in the pictures. I was offered to swap rooms to one with a sea view but it was only out of the window in the bathroom, which wasn’t what I intended. And the room was also half the size so felt like a downgrade so we settled for the view we had. Also I feel like I paid a lot of money for a nice view and we were on the 7th out of 31 floors so the view could have been much nicer. The pool was not big enough for the amount of guests full of kids that couldn’t swim so we’re just splashing and making so much noise and the rooftop seemed to just be wasted space.

Very nice hotel! The service was top-notch, and the room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Every member of the staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional — they truly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for families — it’s welcoming, safe, and has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. We had a wonderful experience

My wife and I, we like the hospitality and friendly of the staff. Specially the two ladies that provide the massage service to my wife and I, both are very professional, courtesy and give us the best massage we ever had. We feel very relaxed and enjoy our stay. Thank You.

The trip to Nha Trang was too short.

Location was great and the staff very helpful

Looks pretty but seems unfinished . Pool has loads of loose and cracked tiles around the decking. The shower water barely drains and the whole bathroom tends to flood. Same with the sink, the faucet just overhangs the sink and washing your hands gets very messy.

We have a connecting room which is pretty handy for our kids to have their own privacy as well as us. The room are very spacious and consist of separate toilets and bathrooms. Bed are nice and comy.

The roof swimming pool is a bit dated. Walking around during the day on the roof top bare feet is not doable as it get way too hot.

The 26th floor isnt as furnished as the other floor. Our room is a bit smaller compared to the other rooms even though we paid extra. Our TV didnt work.

Great hotel in a convenient location. Rooms were roomy and clean and the joining rooms was perfect for our family. Kids loved the breakfast and rooftop pool. Staff were always smiling and would come back again.
