I spent around 1 week in this hotel. I really enjoyed my room and the view. It was 6th floor and I could see some part of the city and the mountains. It made my stay really special. I also enjoyed the bed sheets. It was clean, no stamps, natural cotton. The cleaning was everyday, even more than I needed. The hotel was kind of quiet. Not many people I meet or hear inside. The district is around 10 mins walking distance to the sea. But its not touristic area already, more like local district. But very safe and calm.

There was a smell of cigarets in the bathroom, especially during weekends, in the evenings. But when I switched on the ventilation, it helped. But still, for that not 5 stars. Keep your bathroom door closed. In the kitchen, there was nothing to cook with. No spoon, no dishes, no pan. Just an induction cooker itself. So I couldnt cook at all, I didn't like that. But thank you for a kettle. It was useful.

If you need good and cozy family hotel, the place is just what you looking for. We stayed here for 3 weeks, what I noticed: everyday cleaning, towels changing they provide equipment for the kitchen if you ask Everyone was very attentive and friendly It is quite and possible to sleep, which is important for families the market is 150 meters, but not too close, fresh fruits and dried mango are always in 1 min walk I will stay here again I could see mountains from my window, very much like it

Very quiet area but still close to the center (15-20 min walk), to the beach (5 min walk) and to the train station (15-20 min walk). Very clean room, comfortable bed and bedsheets smelled nice. The owner is very friendly, polite, speaks good English. He helped me to call a taxi. There is an elevator. Welcoming music at the lobby.

Well first I was little bit shocked by the tiny size of the room. it supposed to be “Deluxe Double Room”. But other day I just got used to it. Definitely smaller than it looks at the pictures. For everything in mini bar even drinking water you have to pay. The English of the receptionist should be improved, he is trying hard to help though.

Hot water: was inconsistent (no early in the morning or late in the evening) Wi-Fi: good for work Location: 15 minutes to the center, specifically chose this place so that it would not be so noisy, but in this area there are no normal places to eat. You either need to order delivery or go to the center. View: between the houses there was a small view of the sea - nice in the morning Staff: very polite and always ready to help Cleanliness: at an acceptable level

The TV didn't work and everything needed some cosmetic repairs, but even despite this I would stay there again)

Great place. The hotel is located near colorful Vietnamese places. Very close to the center. And most importantly, an incredibly responsive and understanding manager! You can easily contact them for any reason and solve the problem. The Internet is fast enough for work. No cockroaches or living creatures were noticed)

We were greeted at the door by the host, let us put our bags in a secure room until rooms were ready. We gave them loads of clothes to wash and they had them ready in less than 24 hours. The rooms were spotless, and the noise from the stairs and lift weren’t too bad! The workers were lovely and I’d definitely consider staying here again if I came back to Nha Trang

The studio we booked was a great size with a really comfortable bed and a good sized TV. The space was always very clean and good to arrive back to after a day of exploring. The kitchenette was a nice additional space but hard to use with limited utensils given to us. The hotel offers a free cyclo to the centre of Nha Trang which suits 2 or less people. The staff were friendly, particularly the manager, Hieu, who has great English compared to other staff. There is a great Banh Mí spot closeby called Bánh mì Cóc Bà Ni which does a great sandwich and a coffee for approx. 30,000 VND.

The location is close to the food market but a bit removed from the centre. About a thirty minute walk or 5 minute drive. When the cyclo is available, the trip is quite easy but there isn't a guarantee that the cycle will be ready to go so to confirm for yourself in advance of needing it!

We stayed in two bedroom apartments with one bathroom and kitchen - living room. Bathroom clean and good with shower cabin. All in apartment looks new and perfectly clean. Very comfortable beds and perfect clean. Also very friendly owner and staff.

Location - far from beach.

Small, comfortable room to spend couple of days in Nha Trang. Clean, with hot water, kettle and friendly staff. Would be not so comfortable for long stay (no space, no working table). Is situated near sea coast and close to touristic places to visit.

The overhead shower head did not work (but the smaller head did) as it was a short stay we did not mind, but it would have been inconvenient had we been staying longer - however it just seemed like the screw had come loose so I’m sure it’s an easy fix! otherwise we had no complaints
