The manager was one of the friendliest people I've ever met in Nha Trang. What a wonderful and helpful person he was, he's always working hard and I think whoever owns this hotel should be very proud of him. He was also helpful with suggestions and when I had an unfortunate bidet leak in the room, he came right away to fix it. Twice.

Nothing major, had a bathroom leak which stalled our day! Didn't like that the first staff member who came up, wore his outside shoes in our room, making it dirty (younger guy, I feel as if he's new, so forgivable mistake, he took it off the second time when he came with the manager).

If you need good and cozy family hotel, the place is just what you looking for. We stayed here for 3 weeks, what I noticed: everyday cleaning, towels changing they provide equipment for the kitchen if you ask Everyone was very attentive and friendly It is quite and possible to sleep, which is important for families the market is 150 meters, but not too close, fresh fruits and dried mango are always in 1 min walk I will stay here again I could see mountains from my window, very much like it

The room is bit simpler then on photos, small space on kitchen At 7.00 am there is 1-min loud music from the school next street, but then it is quiet

I spent around 1 week in this hotel. I really enjoyed my room and the view. It was 6th floor and I could see some part of the city and the mountains. It made my stay really special. I also enjoyed the bed sheets. It was clean, no stamps, natural cotton. The cleaning was everyday, even more than I needed. The hotel was kind of quiet. Not many people I meet or hear inside. The district is around 10 mins walking distance to the sea. But its not touristic area already, more like local district. But very safe and calm.

There was a smell of cigarets in the bathroom, especially during weekends, in the evenings. But when I switched on the ventilation, it helped. But still, for that not 5 stars. Keep your bathroom door closed. In the kitchen, there was nothing to cook with. No spoon, no dishes, no pan. Just an induction cooker itself. So I couldnt cook at all, I didn't like that. But thank you for a kettle. It was useful.

Hot water: was inconsistent (no early in the morning or late in the evening) Wi-Fi: good for work Location: 15 minutes to the center, specifically chose this place so that it would not be so noisy, but in this area there are no normal places to eat. You either need to order delivery or go to the center. View: between the houses there was a small view of the sea - nice in the morning Staff: very polite and always ready to help Cleanliness: at an acceptable level

The TV didn't work and everything needed some cosmetic repairs, but even despite this I would stay there again)

We enjoyed our stay at Yen Vang; staff were great really friendly. Room was clean on arrival & cleaned daily with water provided. We found that from hotel to main hustle and bustle was around 30 min walk however grabs readily available. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach, coffee shops and corner shops within close proximity. Rooftop area was great for views & the owners very kindly let us hang around whilst we waited for our sleeper bus in the evening with shower available for use if wanted.

Very quiet area but still close to the center (15-20 min walk), to the beach (5 min walk) and to the train station (15-20 min walk). Very clean room, comfortable bed and bedsheets smelled nice. The owner is very friendly, polite, speaks good English. He helped me to call a taxi. There is an elevator. Welcoming music at the lobby.

Well first I was little bit shocked by the tiny size of the room. it supposed to be “Deluxe Double Room”. But other day I just got used to it. Definitely smaller than it looks at the pictures. For everything in mini bar even drinking water you have to pay. The English of the receptionist should be improved, he is trying hard to help though.

- really nice and big room - cleaning service was great - staff is extremely helpful - close to the beach - in overall it's a really good and reasonable option for this price.

- the neighborhood might be noisy at night. Mostly barking dogs (I don't mind, but you might want to know about it. ps: they are not dangerous) - the area is a bit far from the main landmarks - toilet smells funny ;)

Great place. The hotel is located near colorful Vietnamese places. Very close to the center. And most importantly, an incredibly responsive and understanding manager! You can easily contact them for any reason and solve the problem. The Internet is fast enough for work. No cockroaches or living creatures were noticed)

We were greeted at the door by the host, let us put our bags in a secure room until rooms were ready. We gave them loads of clothes to wash and they had them ready in less than 24 hours. The rooms were spotless, and the noise from the stairs and lift weren’t too bad! The workers were lovely and I’d definitely consider staying here again if I came back to Nha Trang

First thing that stood out to me was the big window - I really enjoyed the light flooded and spacious room. I really appreciated the staff and Mr Hue making my stay amazing! Whenever I asked something or wanted to extend he immediately helped me out! Also a big thanks to the cleaning ladies who cleaned my room everyday!
