The AC was great, the room was rather spacious and clean. The furniture was comfy, the view was nice. We were offered an early check-in.

Even though the room was clean, there were ants, that we did not see in any other hotels. The location is good and bad. Good because it is very quiet, bad because it is far from everything, and you need to take a taxi. Wi-fi was slow. If you do not have enough cash with you to directly pay for the stay, they take your passport. The water in the shower takes a lot of time to become warm. There was a long list of rules and fines.

The staff are super helpful! The view of the beach and ocean in the distance is not bad! It's close to the quieter part of the beach.

There's not much to do near the hotel. Other than a couple of cafés in the vicinity, all the great places to eat at are a long walk or a Grab ride away. The hotel has discontinued its restaurant and café or so I was informed. I was given a room different from the one I'd booked. With a slightly better view but no bathtub.

The hotel room is clean and the cleaners clean it every day. Bed is very comfortable and has no bad smell. The breakfast is nice at a very reasonable price. 10 stars review to the hotel receptionist, Ms. Nhung My. She is very hospitable and helped us a lot during our stay. Thank you so much. Will definitely go back.

Toilet, bathroom is really clean. Bed and room clean daily.

Next door guests speak too loud. They often leave door open during the conversation. A bit annoying to relax.

Close to beach, very clean and spacious room, good value for money, 24hour reception.

Breakfast was OK, but could have been much better. On the first morning there was plenty of choice, but on second to fourth mornings, cooked food was scarce, coffee and tea were luke warm (but could be re-heated), on final day, the coffee and tea could not be heated. There should have been more fruit.

Loved everything about this place . Especially the very helpful doorman.
