This is the 3rd time my wife and I have stayed at this resort. Why do we keep coming back? That's easy because it's such a fabulous place to stay. The staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and expertly serviced daily. The breakfast is a food lovers delight with dishes designed to accommodate every person regardless of where you have travelled from. There are a range of sporting and cultural activities available to keep you occupied. Although the resort is situated a small distance from Ñha Trang CBD there is a regular free shuttle bus available to transport you to the town action. This resort is of outstanding quality and I have no hesitation in giving it my highest recommendation. This review may seem like an overt advertisement for the property, it is not. These are my wife's and my genuine thoughts and feelings for the place. We will return.

Quiet well maintained resort in a great riverside location just outside the city centre. Breakfast buffet and staff, courtesy town coach driver , and pool staff were always smiling, kind and very helpful. The apartment was well maintained, spacious and comfy . The pool and gym area was excellent and other sports were too. Great place to get away from busy downtown Nha Trang

The reception staff were not as welcoming as others on the resort . The apartment had some basic cooking facilities provided but did not have any plates, bowls, knives or forks to eat the most simple dishes such as fruit , yoghurt, or something to make ground coffee and hot milk, wanted to eat or drink and any small food we brought with us. The cups provided were small with no handles.. We would have enjoyed trying pickleball but hire and costs were pricey for an hour during the day when nobody was using it . Reduce the price when least used to encourage more guest to play it. The football machine in the bar is due an update !

The staff is the beating heart of this hotel. They are truly all amazing, especially the manager Sarah, who moved us to a different set of rooms when noisy neighbours arrived. The kindness and gold standard customer service we received here was truly 5*. Also, the location is everything. It is a calm paradise in a busy and vibrant city.

It would have been nice if some of the outdoor games were made free but at least swimming pools and sauna were.

Could communicate with staff via WhatsApp and they were very helpful and kind. Breakfast buffet was amazing - mix of traditional Vietnamese food (soups changed every day and were delicious) and western food along with fruit.

Pool was very cold and a bit far from the city center. If you want to go there they have a shuttle that leaves a few times a day for free or you can take a grab but nothing is walkable so if you don’t swim then there’s nothing much to do at the resort.

Unbeatable combination of quiet, green and practically everything-you-need resort with the closeness to city, authentic neighborhoods, as well as beach and all touristy stuff (as in - walking distance). Exceptional staff and service (we did pool, restaurants, archery, spa, room-service, etc., all was fantastic), wonderful facilities, not too big but has everything you want/need. We stayed for ten days and seriously considered extending our stay.

pizza was quite bad, given just how great everything else was (we had pho, pasta, mango salad, seafood, etc... ).

The views from the hotel are lovely and breakfast sitting by the river is nice. Good choice at breakfast. Ate at the pool bar, club sandwich which was fine. Pool is nice and big, good for swimming, lots of sunbeds and seats. Free shuttle service to Nha Trang centre and the hotel is not far so ideal location. There is a private beach but we didn't visit it. Plenty of taxi's about and all reasonable. Nice walk along the sea front if you go to the centre, lots of bars and cafe's. Public toilets on seafront are clean and free.

Shower is over the bath and floods the room, needs to be repositioned. Our room overlooked the pool and music starts at 8am, louder some days than others but ask for a room at the back if you want a lie in.

They kindly allowed us an early check in and free upgrade to a family suite. The breakfasts were fantastic and the pool excellent. Lovely private beach and free shuttle bus to this (unfortunately only went twice per day but Grab is not expensive).

Bit odd that they charge to use the pool toys/ floats and Pickle ball- unusual at this sort of resort and gave it bad vibes (particularly as no one seemed to to pay to use them so they sat unused!).

A great place to stay for families. Great facilities and a retreat from a very busy Nha Trang central. Around 50K VMD only to catch a taxi into town. The private beach area the resort has is wonderful.

The only downside we found was the hot breakfast options were room temperature and the cold food was room temperature. Maybe they could consider ways to keep the food hot and cold

Beautiful laid out resort . Delicious buffet breakfast on the balcony overlooking the river. Restful by the large pool with seating around, music and food and drinks available . Variety of activities . We enjoyed the shuttle to the beach / shopping area . Staff were friendly and helpful and kindly upgraded our room .

Excellent breakfast selection, good service, nice big swimming pool, the whole area is designed very well with beautiful gardens and many family-oriented activities. The location is only 10min by taxi to the main beach on Tran Phu street. The hotel also generously upgraded me to a condotel 2-room apartment.

The breakfast time ends at 10, I think it could open for longer.
