The staff was wonderful, pleasant and helpful! The location was great as it is across from the ocean and backing into a lake. The view from the balcony is beautiful. The rooms are larger than the average hotel rooms. You can control the air conditioning in your hotel rooms.

There are no fans or air conditioning in the hotel main lobby, hallway of each floor, inside the elevators and on the fifth floor where the indoor swimming pool is. It gets very stuffy and hot! I get that the hotel is trying to conserve electricity but they could ventilate those spaces with the fans. The hotel room’s bathtub doesn’t have a glass screen or a curtain so it floods the bathroom every time someone takes a shower. It is a slipping hazard! The bar to put the clothing hangers inside the closet is so high up that you have to be 6 feet tall to reach it.

Hotel has a Beautiful Ocean and River view, Buffet Breakfast with many choices. Thanks Vu for a great Dinner set up, all goes well. Keep up the great work. Thank you. This was amaxing 5 star hotel in Nha Trang thst is located close to centre of city such as Nha Trang beach, Lotus tower. Our room was big and clean with jaccuzi, with splendid view of the city's skyline and the beach. Large bathrooms, big mirrors, large king size bed, food ordered from the room service was averaged. Breakfast was sumptous, we appreciated excellent service and hospitality of the staff st the breakfast counter- Mr Khang and supervisor (we forgot his name)who was very attentive to our reguests and helful. Overall the hotel staff were very friendly and kind to assist. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. I recommend this hotel to travellers for a great experience and comfortable stay.

The location and the amazing views from the rooms. The rooms are absolutely stunning and huge. We loved the fact that there is a lounge separated from the bedroom. The bathroom was fantastic

For a luxury 5 star the beds are shocking and really hard. They are like sleeping on the floor with no give in the mattress at all. I can only say we were really disappointed by the beds which let the whole hotel down. When asked if we could have another mattress we were advised that they were all the same. If you want to expand to the European market then this needs addressing or at least have the choice of a topper or softer mattress The staff are amazing and very attentive The breakfasts are good and lots of choice

The hotel has a stunning view from the balcony of the sea, and also when we returned in the evening in the room there was a sweet birthday surprise from the hotel. They have delicious breakfasts. When we said that wanted to go to the Winperl amusement park, they immediately organized tickets and a taxi.

at night before flight i went to the lobby to say that our morning flight was being rescheduled for a later time, and asked for a transfer to the airport to be rescheduled too, but they still called at 6 in the morning to say that the car was waiting for us. I had to explain again to the morning staff.😅

Common areas, room, breakfast - all was very good deal for the money I paid. Stayed in this hotel a few separate times and had a 70sq m room. Very quiet hotel overall. Location may not be convenient for everyone but it was perfect for me as I stay more on the North Nha Trang.

I on high floor, so I have in-obstruct view to the sea and the beach. The location is very nice, the beach, and a lot restaurants nearby, within walking distance. Room is also well furnished, and nice bed. Breakfast is good overall, but some, like congee is not hot. Also, check out their restaurant, very good food, at affordable price.

Indoor swimming pool is not great, the water is muddy when I visit there on Sunday's afternoon, just go the the beach instead.

Super friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, spacious and comfortable room, very clean. At first got a room with construction nearby but the staff was quick to change the room to another floor.

Lack of furniture on the huge balcony, felt empty there.

We stayed at Muong Thanh Luxury Khanh Hoa as a couple in November 2022 and enjoyed our stay tremendously. It's a beautiful building where everything works (not always the case in Vietnam). We had a great view from our 43rd floor room and the breakfast included with our stay was also of very high quality. But the staff was even better than all that. So friendly and helpful. This applies to the reception area, the restaurant, housekeeping and management. We specifically want to thank Hoang, Phuong, Trinh, Hoai, Dat, Yen, My, Nhan and Xuan plus the general manager himself. Everybody was outstanding

Nothing to dislike. The pool at 25 degrees C was a little chilly. Beach is a short walk away.

I normally do not write reviews but after staying in hotels all over the world, this one is by far the best. The staff are so helpful, friendly and attentive to detail. The breakfast has an amazing selection and cleanliness is clearly a priority here. We were only going to stay four days, we ended up staying three weeks. Strongly recommended to anyone choosing to come to Nha Trang. Big hotel rooms, great views and delicious food……simply the best….
