Every part of the hotel was spacious, from the lobby to the pool deck. The room was also spacious and the condition remained quite new after all these years. It was our third time at this hotel and we kept returning to it. Motor bike hire is also decently priced compared to other places (150k dongs per day). Staff are most helpful.

Although the hotel and their staff are not responsible for the motor bike hire, be mindful that the contractor (or lessor/vendor) would deliver the bike with little fuel. The hotel kitchen should consider plant-based milk (such as soy, almond, oat and coconut milk).

We treated ourselves in Nha Trang and stayed at the Areca Hotel in there suite room.So my review is based on this room. It was fantastic! With a great view, a living area with a huge smart t.v.., 2 bathrooms one with a large bathtub, a huge comfy bed. The room was cleaned every day and it was very clean. It had 2 aircon units ,so you could put the one in the living area on at night making sleeping very good. The staff were excellent especially the reception staff. There are good coffee/ food places in walking distance. They have a great clean, deep roof top pool and a gym.

The buffet breakfast was ok, you can get eggs made or have a traditional vietnamese soup, occasionlly we would go and very little food would be left as tour groups had been. Noise from the temple? Across the road would wake us up early so ear plugs fixed that problem. Its a bit far to the beach, u can walk 10/15mins, but grabs are cheap/quick.

Very nice hotel, away from busy central road and noise. Our room was quite big with nice sea view, well functioning air conditioner and comfy bed. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay in Areca hotel.

Two main issues: WiFi signal was very unstable, and network speed was very slow. We had to buy personal SIM cards in order to be able to work. Cleaning personal were coming each morning around 8:40 AM, which in my opinion is too early, and after two short knocks simply entering our room. So, maybe something that management can look into and improve.

We liked this hotel a lot, even extended our stay here. Pro: Large rooms, very nice roof top pool, friendly staff and most important for us: very quiet. No street noise, no noise from neighbours. Had good sleep here. Overall good value for money

Con: Breakfast wasn’t great to be honest. But that’s unfortunately everywhere Location is 10 minutes walk to the beach and 20 minutes to the Center. We don’t mind walking so it was no big deal for us.

The hotel is a little bit far away from the beach. But it didn't bother us. The bed was super comfy! We like the big window. Forget about the seaview, the city view is much more interesting! Room keeping every day. The room had a kettle and we were able to have coffee every morning in bed. The shower was great with hot water. The pool is nice, but to much shadow.

A supermarket near by would be nice. There are some little kiosk, but not more. In the evening the WiFi was a little low.

The hotel is an absolute bargain! We got so much for the money here. What stands out the most is the cleanliness. We have not experienced any other hotel in Vietnam that was so clean. There was no dirty corner in the bathroom room and only clean towels and bed linen. The breakfast, you also read in other comments, does not correspond to the pictures. However, it was explained to us that it is currently winter and not the high season. I therefore find it completely correct that for fewer guests in the hotel then not a huge buffet is set up, but the food is served to order. This so massively eliminates food waste, which was actually a plus again for us.

To rate this hotel badly you would really have to start looking for small things. For example, the Wi-Fi is not really high-speed. But it is enough for sending photos and Instagram.

Travelled with a family of 7 for 3 nights. 4 rooms between us, at really good rate. Rooms were massive. Rooftop pool was awesome with an amazing view (though in the afternoons it's really windy). Walking distance to the beach and to the main strip with some nice bars and restuarants. The free breakfast was decent. Was able to organise laundry service at the hotel which was handy.

Reception was going to keep a hold of our passports on check-in (as we hadn't paid yet), without even discussing, which I thought was strange. Perhaps if they mentioned that in the beginning, there would have been less confusion. Apart from that, no other issues with our stay.

The hotel is located only 15 minutes' walking distance from the main Nha Trang train station. There are plenty of food options nearby (a great Pho place right across the hotel as well as an amazing Banh Mi place around the corner)as well as plenty of cafes. The beach is also located within a 10-minute walking distance, as well as two shopping malls. We booked the Deluxe Twin Room with Sea View. The room was very spacious and clean with a big and very comfortable bed. There was also a desk available which was important to me as I worked remotely. The wifi was fine, but the signal wasn't as strong as I would like, however strong enough for basic work. The view was fantastic, we were on the 10th floor, and you could see the sea as well as the city skyline. The bathroom was also quite spacious, and modern with good water pressure. The hotel staff was super friendly. Laundry service was available for a reasonable price and the laundry was delivered early on the next day. The hotel manager also let us store our luggage until 2 am, as we had to wait for our night train. The pool on the 17th floor was big, and there were beach towels available to lay on the sunbeds. I would definitely recommend it.

- the wifi could have been better - the drain in the shower seemed clogged or was just weak, which led to the water overflowing into the area outside of the shower. Nothing very serious, as you could manage, by placing the foot towel directly in front of the shower door, and it would soak up the water, but you had to get a new foot towel for every shower. - the fridge had a very weak cooling option. Our water was pretty much room temperature, even though the fridge was set to the highest level of cooling

Had a large room, super comfortable beds, floor to ceiling windows with a great view, beautiful rooftop pool and the staff are all really sweet, attentive and helpful!

The property was great but unfortunately we had loud obnoxious people in our hallway☹️. Our rooms had very loud doorbells and they were banging on doors (including ours!) ringing doorbells and hollering down the hallway late at night. Someone was smoking in the hallway. But, luckily this was only a few days out of our 14 days here.

So much to recommend this hotel. It's in a quiet area and with spectacular view to the city and far-off seaside. The room and bathroom are new, clean and spacious. Especially from your room, imagine you wake up, pull out the curtain and here the ocean, a cluster of green islands and blue sky are just within your vision. How breathtaking and magnificent it is?! Plus, the staff is very helpful. Don’t forget to go to the rooftop swimming pool from which you can enjoy even more stunning view to the sea.
