The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is very big with a lot of wardrobe. We appreciate a lot the balcony. Very good breakfast. As the hotel have to follow the city regulation, some days no more beach chair available. However, you still can have the beach towel (at the beach or reception desk) and chair very close with other provider (around 80.000 and 100.000 vnd). The beach is clean.

1. Only 15 sunbeds from the hotel on the beach. This is very small for such a hotel. We arrived at 9 o'clock in the morning and all the sunbeds were busy. The first days of our vacation every morning we saw the same tourists on these sunbeds. After talking with the hotel staff, they set a limit on the use of a sunbed - a maximum of 3 hours. If the sunbeds were busy, they were put on a waiting list and as soon as the queue came up, they provided the vacant sunbeds. 2. Plastic cups are provided in the hotel room for hot drinks. One such cup burst immediately when boiling water was poured into it!

We just finished our two nights stay at Tui Blue which was so relaxing. Our checking in room was smooth and pleasant. The reservation manager at the reception, Mr. Chi very warmly welcomed and put us up in a spacious and cozy room with a stunning sea view on 16 th floor. From the beginning of our meeting Mr. Chi showed his strong willingness to help us with various issues we faced. The breakfast buffet on 30 th floor of the hotel was delicious, with a variety of options, including pork meat dishes (which is not suitable for guests from Malaysia and Middle East countries). The restaurant staff is attentive. Ms. Nhu, an assistant at F&B , anticipates guest needs, providing prompt and efficient service. When the fruits corner at the restaurant buffet was running out of watermelon, dragon and other fruits, Ms. Nhu, having noticed my searching look, assured me that in a few minutes she would bring the desirable fruits to our table. We were touched by such a proactive approach, efficiency and professional attention to individual preferences of guests.

general, Tui Blue is a very good hotel. Yet, there are, of course, a few premises for the hotel improvement: electric outlets for plugging-in sockets in the room are definitely needed to be fixed, the door and other facilities in the bathroom are worn out and required to be renovated; one of three lifts is out of service for some time. The above comments and suggestions for the hotel upgrading do not undermine a high level of the hotel. When we travel again to the beautiful Nha Trang, we will definitely return to Tui Blue and recommend this cozy hotel to our friends.

Everything: the staff’s attention, the cleanliness of the room, the decor, the location, the view, the pool, the kid’s play area. It all exceeded our expectations.

The layout and design of this hotel is very simple modern and refreshing! The lobby, restaurant, pool, gym amenities and facilities were well thought. Had great air circulation and high ceilings. The breakfast buffet on Level 30 allowed you to have breakfast and start the day with amazing views of the city. Both the beach sea views and mountain views. Location wise is good close to nearby shopping malls, food and drink outlets and the night market. The rooms were spacious, free flow of air, great that it has that kitchen, dining and lounge area which is great value for money and additional bonus for travellers especially families. The service of staffing was professional, sincere, friendly and proactive across all departments of the hotel. Level 2 has access to restaurants which is so convenient! Definitely recommend for anyone visiting and seeking accomodation at Nha Trang!

We found the aircon would automatically update itself to a hotter temperature. So we had to often keep an eye to mitigate it reaching an unwanted temperature. Also whilst there is a kitchen in the room there is insufficient supply of cutlery or dining ware. Whilst it is promptly provided when requested it would be more convenient if it was already existent and supplied. Given the stovetop and sink, kitchen in room - may be worth having a washing machine/dryer.

It is the second line from the beach, actually it’s a good location as it’s not so noisy at night, but it takes about 10-15 minutes to get to the beach as you have to bypass the buildings that are in front of the hotel.

The sinks in the bath and at the kitchen are not comfortable as you get wet while washing hands or doing dishes.

We loved the breakfast here. The staff would make us vegetarian noodles everyday because there wasn't any vegetarian hot meal option. The room was lovely, very spacious and modern, and the view was great from 18th floor. We found it a bit expensive but when compared to other 4 star hotels, Tui Blu was quite good. They also brought a small cake for our daughter because it was her 2nd birthday. That was a great gesture and made her very happy! Thank you Tui Blue.

We liked everything about this property! Their attention to detail is immaculate. The manager starts to know you and uses your first name to greet you every day. The staff there are just incredible. There are plenty of restaurants, a great pool, kids area, spa, etc. We liked everything about our stay that we had to come back to this hotel a second time. Highly recommended!

Close to the city center. The room is big and clean. Elevator is quite fast.

The reception area was cleaned by chemical products. The smell was strong and not pleasant. The breakfast was not having so many choices. Too crowded clients without sufficient refills of foods. We saw the chef went out, refilled once with his gloves on but he was waving to take his gloves off and therefore, let the soup splash out everywhere on the floor, which was not very nice scene and not hygienic.

Service and staff were excellent and very helpful. Location was super and you can walk to anywhere easily. I recommend to anyone to stay here if they visit Nha Trang.

Honestly i can't say anything negative about the place. Only i wished they had cheese on breakfast.
