We booked a Deluxe Double Room with Sea View for 14 nights. The room was large with a great view over the ocean. It came with a bar fridge, TV etc and had a well designed bathroom with fantastic water pressure. The buffet breakfast was great with something for everyone. It is served at two restaurants, one on the 2nd floor and one on the 3rd floor. The pool on the 5th floor was great with all the associated amenities. Towels are provided and meals and drinks are also available. There is easy access to the beach through the connecting tunnel. Tips and Tricks: Pay your 1 million Dong Security deposit in cash so as to get it back straight away when checking out.

We enjoyed our two nights stay at Havana. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. They were pleasant and eager to assist making us feel royalty. They gave access to us to the rooftop without even paying an entrance fee. The front desk manager Vincent is very professional and attentive. We would like to offer a special thanks to the restaurant manager Ms. Ana and the executive Chef Mr. Vu Ngoc Tuyen who took time to greet us and helped us with our coffee and food. Everyone just goes out of their way to make you feel important - they are genuinely happy you are staying at the hotel.

Everything was wonderful.

The room was very spacious, well-maintatined, and clean. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Location is great near the city center with restaurants and the beach. The private tunnel leading to the beach was great, and the hotel pool and saunas were enjoyable. Again, the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Very crowded even during off-season. Getting into the hotel elevator was quite a struggle from the lobby every time, and the elevator was packed every single time. The breakfast was fine but go to the 3rd floor as it has much less people than the 2nd floor that is way too crowded.

Breakfast is excellent. Room with a big living room, the swimming pool, steam spa and the jacuzzi are wonderful.

Everything was perfect ! The staff is very professional and very helpful, the location on the beachwalk can't be better (they even have a tunnel connecting the hotel and the beach to avoid crossing the street), the room with ocean view is amazing and the breakfast is excellent (more than 20 hot dishes, makis/kimbap, pastries, fruits and salad bar). Facilities available : several restaurants, rooftop bar with stunning views, swimming pool, casino, spa, coffee shop, souvenirs shop,...

stayed here for two nights only,not enough,cuz the room i stayed is very comfortable.i stayed at junior sea view suite,the room is very big,the view from the room is nice,beautiful. facility in the room complete,comes with TV,bath tub,shower room, mini bar,wardrobe,sofa,desk and so on.bathroom is big ,it has a good view too,love it. breakfast in buffet style,delicious and quite a lot to choose.during the stay,i visited its swimming pool, not bad,good view,also its gym room.you can use its sunbeds on the beach,just opposite the hotel.had a good memory hours there.the hotel location is good,close to busy street in nha trang.i will stay here again next time for sure.highly recommended!

two days not enough.

The room had a spectacular ocean view. Towels and bed where clean and white. Also in the breakfast hall you have a nice view to the ocean and the palm trees. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

The juices for the breakfast could be better. The bathroom has no ventilation. The quality of the TV and the program selection was poor.

Loved the place, love the location, all the staff where amazing and beautiful.they did a amazing effort with my wife with coeliac disease. They did a amazing job , special, thanks to Vu Nqoc Thyen and team. 🙏👍

Couldn’t find a bad to say, if I was saying any negative which is small really, that all staying gusts shouldn’t have to pay to access the roof top bar. Which was a amazing .

I have been vacationing with my family in Vietnam for more than 10 years. The Havana Nha Trang Hotel has its own beautiful beach with an underground tunnel to it, delicious breakfasts, gorgeous pools, SPA, gym, many beautiful flowers and plants on the territory, a large area. Excellent service and very polite and friendly staff. A holiday on the coast is a real pleasure. Exotic cuisine - the restaurant offers a variety of dishes, fruits and seafood that will delight even the most discerning gourmet. Ideal for families and couples.

It was a very fancy and enjoyable hotel. They had a great tunnel to the beach that was very convenient. It’s also very close to the night market. The staff is extremely accommodating. Amazing value for cost
